I had a great experience. Dr. McLaughlin was fantastic. I have a primary vet and called for an immediate appointment and was told I had to wait a week and Vetco had a New Patient appointment available the next day, and I will be switching to Dr. McLaughlin immediately. He was very concerned, attentive, and asked me multiple times if I had any questions concerning my dog and made me feel very confident in his decisions. Definitely recommend this office for services.

While the doctor was helpful and answered all my questions, the way I was treated by the staff administering my dog’s vaccines was completely unacceptable. When I simply tried to take a picture of my dog receiving her vaccine, they snapped at me, rudely told me to put my phone down, and spoke to me in an aggressive, condescending manner. Their behavior was completely unprofessional, and I felt disrespected, uncomfortable, and even unsafe while my dog was in their care. After the visit, I immediately reported this to the front desk, only to be met with a dismissive response—just a vague “we’ll talk to them.” While I was given a discount, that does not erase how I was treated or the lack of accountability from the staff. A vet clinic should be a place where both pets and owners feel safe, respected, and cared for, but that was absolutely not the case here. I will never be returning to this location, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before bringing their pets here. If this is how they treat paying customers, I can only imagine how they treat the animals when no one is watching.

Dr McLaughlin and Angie have taken care of my dogs going back to the 90's. All rescued dogs mostly from the humane society. Couple of strays along the way. The thing I appreciate the most is they never rush. Take extra time to answer questions. I went to other vets when I was younger, just hit 70. Charlie is all I have, he's a Golden Irish Setter mix. They really care for Charlie and I appreciate it. Anyhow great veterinarian, great support staff and nurses. Never over charge or recommend needless procedures. I will continue to go there even though they moved 25 minutes further away. It's nice that they're connected to Petco. Walk out right into the store from Doctor's office. Can't say enough about how caring they all are. Especially when it's time to say goodbye to a loving friend. Charlie is 14 months old so long time away for that. Handsome guy! Posted his picture. 😃

Drove over an hour in snowy conditions to make my appointment on time. I walk in 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment and was told the dr called and said he wouldn’t be coming in today because he was stuck in traffic (essentially the same traffic i sat in to get there… ON TIME) I was never called or notified about this, no one attempted to reach out and everyone there seemed to be ok with this inconsiderate and rude behavior. If you want to be flat out disrespected, have your time wasted and not be valued as a client…schedule an appointment here!
