Great experience scheduling online for a vaccine booster for my dogs. Got the appointment the next day, was seen right on time, prices all discussed in advance. Staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. This was a positive experience for us and we will return!

Horrible. I paid $74 for a vet consultation and I never got to see the vet!!!! He was too busy on an appointment that I confirmed twice. The vet only called me to say that my cat has Stomatitis. Bullshit! I called the vet dentist and he told me that my cat is too young to have Stomatitis! Absolutely avoid this clinic, they only steal your money telling you lies!!! Also their estimate to neuter my cat was much lower that I finally had to pay them!!! That's a scam! Never again

This Place is trash, Don't bother writing down any details for your dog online before the appointment, They won't look at it and prepare themselves for how to deal with your dog. They have a male vet there right now Who seems to be terrified of dogs, Because he refused to do the appointment with my dog after she barked at him. He just flattened himself against a wall.And started stuttering about About a reschedule with a different vet. Definitely The most disappointing and unprofessional experience i've had in any vet.

My dog has been here multiple times and it has always been great particularly because of the vet techs! They're always so good to my dog. But, yesterday was just perfect. I was really nervous because my dog had been sick for a while and Jayma calmed me down. She was very informative and kind, and more importantly, she treated my dog like her own. My dog was so calm with her, she even accepted cookies (she never does from strangers), gave her kisses, and even took a nap! At the vet!!! Dr. Carroll was also amazing. It was our first appointment with her and for the first time in forever I felt like a vet actually cared and took the time to sit down on the floor with me and my dog! If you're nervous about people mistreating your pet, this is the place to go! They'll be patient, acommodating, and gentle.

I recently visited the vet clinic at Petco with my cat, and I left extremely disappointed by both the veterinarian's treatment and the misleading practices around their membership program. The staff, including the vet, kept making assumptions about what was wrong with my cat without doing a thorough assessment. They seemed more focused on rushing through the appointment than providing proper care. It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, especially when the vet acted annoyed and seemed eager to get us out as quickly as possible. I couldn't help but feel that the rushed and dismissive attitude was due to my sister being young and Black—an unfortunate but real bias we faced during our visit. Additionally, I was tricked into signing up for Petco’s membership under the impression that it would cover services at Vetco. Before paying, the staff assured me that reimbursements would include Vetco, but when I called customer service to clarify, I was told the opposite. This bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable, and it feels like they took advantage of my situation. Overall, the lack of proper care and misleading information around their membership program has left me questioning the integrity of this establishment. I will not be returning and recommend others to be cautious before trusting their services.
