I love Vetco on Clybourn and have been bringing my dog here for 3 years. Dr. Henderson is awesome and takes the time to thoroughly explain everything during a visit and even goes above and beyond to follow up with information on a phone call or through email afterward. You can tell she truly cares about your pet and wants to give them the best care possible. The staff and technicians are always helpful and friendly and makes sure to give my dog extra treats during his visit! Jason and Lydia are great and you can tell they are very passionate about animals and enjoy what they do.

In our first visit with my kitten everything went perfectly. In fact, more than we think. The service from the desk was great they helped us with all the information we needed. Our kitten loved Dr. Henderson. She was very calm during her visit. Loving Danley's care too!🐱😍 I recommend this place with my eyes closed.

Dr Henderson and every single one of the vet techs here have treated my baby boy with the utmost care! They are always willing to answer my questions and went above and beyond to get me in immediately when my Opie was sick. Absolutely love them! A million thanks!!

Dr. Henderson, tech Laura, and both of the folks staffing the desk were absolutely incredible. I can't say good enough things. They were all incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. They were very flexible about how payment would work (it was a very unexpected visit unfortunately, so I had to pay in 3 different ways). Dr. Henderson and Laura were AMAZING while handling and being with Pickles, my 9 year old tabby. They were attentive and informative, and absolutely did not mind my tears or questions. I'm thrilled to share my experience with Dr. Jennifer Henderson, one of the best veterinarians I've encountered in Chicago. Let me explain why. I visited Vetco on Clybourn out of desperation for better care for my cat, Sugar. Previously, I had been going to Uptown Animal Hospital in Andersonville, but I felt they didn't prioritize Sugar's well-being. Initially, I was hesitant to trust a big-box store with my cat's care, but meeting Dr. Henderson changed everything. She's incredibly resilient and demonstrated this when I requested she follow the care plan from Uptown Animal Hospital. Dr. Henderson insisted on consulting a specialist and conducting tests to ensure the best care for Sugar, regardless of the cost. Although I was initially frustrated that I didn't get my way, I followed Dr. Henderson's advice and scheduled the specialist appointment and tests. I'm so grateful I did. She collaborated with the specialist to develop the best long-term treatment for Sugar. The first year was challenging, with frequent visits to Dr. Henderson, but investing in Vetco Total Care helped me save money and provide more appointments for Sugar. Vetco is fortunate to have Dr. Henderson. Her excellent communication, intelligence, compassion, and honesty make her an asset to pet patients and owners. If you're seeking a veterinarian who tells it like it is and strives to help your pet, Dr. Henderson is the one for you.
