I was put off a little at first because the receptionist said I had arrived early, and that is why I had to wait 40minutes to be seen! As if! I actually arrived exactly when the website said I should, 10 min prior to our appointment time. I am quick to forgive as I can see they have their hands full, the place was just Busy! And I could see and hear the vets/techs taking their time with each fur baby/pet parent. (( I really didn’t mind waiting anyways, I was just super impressed with myself for actually getting there on time for once!!)) Once it was our turn and Janet M. had time to see me, amid the flood of fur babies and pet parents demanding her attention, she was quick, efficient, and clear. Not frazzled or emotional. Really cool. Additionally, Dr Morton was relaxed and at ease with me and both my kitties, despite what was clearly a busy day and 2 VERY different cats. He was informative, and easy to understand and communicate with. I decided to come here because I felt like my last vet would just add on extra things to make it all even MORE expensive. Having 3 cats now, I needed a more affordable option I am happy to say that the services provided here are above par and the rates for services were made transparent before payment as requested. Now all 3 of my fur babies have a new vet! Thank you Janet M and a Dr Morton! Meeeow!

I have taken 3 of my pets here so far for care and each visit has been a very positive experience. Two of which received surgical procedures done here as well! The nurses are very kind and attentive. The Doctor we've been seeing is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about your pets. I will continue to go here for my pets care.

We just switched to this vet clinic with our 4yo pitbull and had a great first experience. The entire staff from check-in, to intake, and exam were all very informative and helpful. Definitely will be back with Biscuit and glad we switched!
