Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital

I’m only giving this Vetco 1 star because the staff were friendly. But I WILL NOT give this Vetco more than one star. My reason? Because I took my 7 month old kitten (who wasn’t eating, drinking, playing, had pale gums, etc.) to this vet 2 separate times. Both times I was told he had only a minor condition I needed to treat. I payed a good couple hundred dollars. After taking my kitten here a few times, I realized he was getting worse. I brought him to a different vet because clearly this vet did not know what was wrong with my kitten. The new vet I took him to, told me that my kitten had Liver Failure and Jaundice. Only giving him a day or two to live. The treatment was way too expensive and i needed to give that money right then and there in order to save my cat. I had no time to surrender him to a shelter to possibly get him the care he needed nor the money to pay for this treatment. So, my cat passed away. And it’s on these guys’ hands. If I had known sooner that my kitten’s liver was failing, i would have had the time to surrender him or get the money for his treatment. I would absolutely love to sue this Vetco! Or at least get the vet that examined my kitten fired! I don’t understand how you went to school to know what’s wrong with my animal and yet, you had no idea he had Liver Failure??? I payed you hundreds of dollars just for you to basically kill my cat. If you’re thinking about bringing your animal here for an injury or illness, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

The veterinarians assistant and the veterinarian were both extremely kind patient and explained everything they were doing while they were doing it. They were very gentle with my cat and it was an overall wonderful experience. I will definitely come back to this location even though it's far for me.

Best veterinary hospital in Phoenix! We took our chow to emergency vet group first and they were absolutely no help and didn't want to help diagnose our dog. Booked a same day appointment here at Vetco and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The check in was smooth and the staff was very friendly even though he had his hands full. The nurse who took us back was very friendly, and the Veterinary doctor was extremely kind and knew exactly what he needed within just a few minutes. 10/10 experience and this will be the only place our dogs go from now on.

We are welcome by Ivana this morning, she is really friendly and helped us efficiently to our appointment.To prepare documents that needs to endorse by USDA, so we can export our pet back to Taiwan. Doctor Thomas Campagnolo is really patient with all these submission detail, to make sure we do things right, and the same time assistant Rebecca and Jenna are kind to our dog and help Doc with their professional skill, even our dog was too nervous to cooperate, they took good care of us. Really appreciate!
