Today was the 1st day visiting this location and it was a great experience. Justin was very professional and warm when entering the room to assist us. He was very thorough and was very loving with taking Toto to the back. When Dr. McCrackin entered the room with Toto…OMG…I loved her care and approach with him. I’m very particular when it comes to Toto but when I saw her interaction with him…I fell in love with this location. She took her time with explaining her findings and what’s needed. From my interactions from the front of the house to Dr. McCrackin was definitely top notch, informative and sincere. I will definitely be returning and thank you for an AMAZING Experience 🙏🏽💕

Brandon is for certain an absolute angel. His calm demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond to help with urgency is unmatched! I have never had an experience with a Vet so positive. I went in during an emergency visit that he squeezed in and my dog and I both left smiling and laughing. Dani is also super nice and personable! They need more than gold stars, they need a raise!!!!! 100/10 will recommend! Thank you for taking such quick and good care of Ethos!

Competent veterinary care is expensive enough without taking advantage of your patients. This place will unapologetically sneak in hidden fees simply because they know they can get away with it. Principally, if you make an appointment for vaccines and the vaccine clinic staff don’t feel like showing up to work for your appointment, the Vetco staff will charge you a TON of money for a full veterinarian visit that you don’t need. Apparently, this happens a LOT because the surly staff was all ready with a stock speech about how they have no control over the clinic and it’s “corporate policy” to charge you this huge fee. What are you supposed to do when you’ve made an appointment weeks ago that they don’t keep but your dog needs a vaccine booster days before Thanksgiving and you don’t have time to reschedule in the hope that your next appointment will be kept? Pay the extortion. They don’t care about their customers. They do not care about your dog’s health and they are more than willing to compromise it to coerce you into paying them more money. After being berated by 3 employees, I just had to give in to their threats and pay. This place is horrible. On top of a truly crooked staff, the place stinks. The hygiene is atrocious. The place is so dark, dank, and disgusting it’s no wonder their employees are so nasty. I’m honestly surprised the city hasn’t shut it down yet. Do your pets a favor and stay as far way from this awful place as you can.

Because of my previous experience with Petco, I will not use or suggest their services. The retail workers at the grooming station and the vet at the clinic lack sensitivity when asking for assistance.The vet's bedside manners were terrible, not to mention callous, given that I have medical issues and am disabled, made this visit extremely awkward and unpleasant. I'm a new puppy parent with questions and worries about the health of my new pet. Instead of leaving more hopeful and knowledgable, I left discouraged, with a lot of anxiety, unresolved concerns, and seeking a new source care.
