The Dr was great staff was all friendly, polite and professional. The people I have is that they only take payment in clinic I got help to pay for cookies surgery through the Mobly foundation and possibly others but vetco won’t take it unless it is done in person. I can’t pay 2,300 and when I get help they won’t take it. I don’t want to put cookie down but I have no other choice. As an update I will no longer shop at Petco or use there clinic due to there refusal to work with the client on payment I received a 500.00 grant from The Mosby foundation There policy of not taking payment over the phone electronically supposedly per corporate. I have also found a local Vet hospital that will do the same thing for almost 1/2 of what they want.

Brought my cat Indy here for treatment of an allergic rash. The Veterinarian and nurses were very compassionate and knowledgeable. They explained the cause of the rash and treatment. Indy should be on the road to recovery very soon! Thank you!!

I took my pup for a wellness check up back in September 14 he got some test done and they said they would call me with the results. As of October 25th they never called to give me the results of his test..I happened to walk into Petco to get him some treats. When I saw they were still open and I went and asked them about it. Turns out he had an infection for over a month… thank God I went and asked myself about it. I just want better communication is all, they are super nice and a good and well maintained place.

Emma visited Vetco on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 for the first time. We accompanied her into the clinic and spoke for her when asked by the very cool veterinary assistant the reason for her visit. Emma's tail wagged most of the time because she knew she was going to get help for her itchy skin condition based upon the team approach to her condition. One day later, Emma wants me to share with everyone how much better she feels not scratching anymore. Her thanks go out to Vetco staff!!

Friendly staff, professional doctors. The vaccine packages were affordable and you can include your pets blood work in them. I will recommend them.
