Honestly would even give it 1 star. I took my dog there to get vaccinated here today and the nurse that works there body slammed my dog. My dog is not hostile or aggressive but after them agitating her with bringing different employees around to help my dog sit she kept moving, the nurse that was there from the beginning eventually got impatient and body slammed my dog. Don’t go here! my dog didn’t deserve that treatment whatsoever.

Stood in line 1 hour with two dogs at 72 years old. Had past records in a file and request from county for rabies due to expiration. The vet would only sell me a one year vaccine. I wanted 3 year, like all my previous records. The one and three year were the same price. I would have had to come back and endure the same very slow service for the next 3 years. And the price was the same. I left and bought the 3 year rabies shot elsewhere!

They scheduled my appointment for 5:55 PM. I was running a little behind because of an accident on the 10. I didn’t arrive until 6:03 PM. They said the doctor had already left. The doctor leaves at 6 o’clock. What establishment with schedule an appointment five minutes before the doctor leaves. And you’re telling me that a doctor cleaned up, packed up and left within three minutes. Now there is no appointments available and I have to get my dog his second booster a vaccines within a certain timeframe or we have to start the whole process over again.

Sure, you have to wait sometimes but that’s understandable. What stands out is how friendly the staff is and how well they treat your pet. Will continue to go here for updates on shots!

I waited in line for over an hour and a half to get my 3 dogs their yearly shots, this place is way overpriced!! They wait until you get to the front of the line and then smack you with a ridiculous price!! Vetco it would be nice if you posted your prices to the people waiting in line so they can decide if they want to pay that amount or leave!! They also wanted past shot history on the dogs and I was not previously informed that I needed to have this!! I will never go back to vetco!! It was a horrible experience, they really take advantage of the people who just want to do the right thing for their animals, they are very shifty people, go somewhere else
