Feb 26, 2025 · АнастасияWe brought in our cat for annual physical checkup and Dr. Katrina was very thorough and patient! Our cat warmed up eventually (despite initial protests) and even enjoyed being petted by Dr. Katrina and her assistant. Thank you!
Mar 07, 2025 · Jed FermoTheir receptionist's attitude was extremely shocking. I booked the appointment through the website in the morning, and they charged me a deposit. However, after waiting for their clinic to open for two hours, I decided to cancel the appointment after asking for some relevant information. They kept shirking their responsibility and only refunded part of the deposit, saying that it was caused by the credit card company. This was very unreasonable. When I asked for the full deposit, their receptionist hung up on me. This is very rude behavior. I do not recommend this clinic!
Feb 03, 2025 · xue wangDr. Katrina Rezunova is very professional, helpful and genuinely cares a lot about animals. We had an amazing experience with our young daschund puppy recently, all thanks to her care. She is a great human being and person. Thank you
Jan 17, 2025 · Stephen BayleyNine months of 70 pound dog neutering, telephone consultation price is less than $700, was required to pay 85 dollars online examination fee to make an appointment, according to the appointment time to go to the clinic examination, just a simple look at the appearance , then was given a bill of neutering, Around $1000 , a careful look at the bill found that the neutering fee does not include sedatives, sedation costs $350. I was charged $85 on line in order to get the price of the neutering fee. How is your feeling ?
Nov 01, 2024 · Anna YeeI don’t understand the negative reviews about this place. Everything on the website was clear about pricing and booking appointments. I booked mine online and was seen next day. I scheduled a physical to get my cat spayed. Two days later I was booked for her surgery. Everyone was extremely helpful. From the woman at the front desk to anyone else that handled my cat. After her surgery, I was unable to pick my cat up due to work so I gave them a call ask if someone else can get her for me and they were very accommodating regarding my situation. Today, they called me to follow up and make sure my cat was doing well after surgery. Great people, amazing service! Thank you guys again.
