Had to go in to put our senior dog down. They were so nice and considerate. They treated our Sasha with care and love. Total difference than when Doc Jones was there. We've been using Lake Pet and will be coming back home to Versailles for our vet care.

I came in weeks ago to get an abortion an vaccines for my dog an was told to come back in four weeks, I did just that an then they told me they were no longer comfortable with performing an abortion on a dog that far along, even though I was in four weeks earlier. I now have nine puppy's I can't afford, I had made it clear to them my situation, an what I needed, an they told me to wait. Poor medical advice! EDIT: All but two puppies died

I would sincerely like to thank the entire staff at Versailles Vet Clinic for their most recent care of my 5 month old kitten, Grace. She became very sick and was throwing up and unable to eat or drink. The staff tried their best to get us into the office in a timely manner. The vet agreed to see us between her other appointments that day. All of the staff are very warm, welcoming, and inviting. They certainly care for animals, and it shows. They were so good with my Gracie. I did not have to wait very long at all in the waiting area and was brought into a room almost immediately. The vet came in to see us within minutes. She was very kind, knowledgeable and informative. I had many questions. Instead of immediately running expensive test, she started with the most basic things, and determined fairly quickly that my Grace unfortunately had roundworms. She was able to treat her accordingly, and within a few short days, she was back to her mischievous self. We even received a follow up call from the office checking on how Grace was doing. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who cares for their animals as much as we do. You will definitely be pleasantly surprised with your overall experience. The fee for service was very fair also. This will definitely be our family go to veterinary facility.

I want to love this vet because the initial costs are decent and it's close to home but after this most recent experience I don't think I'll be going back. My cat didn't fully recover from a bad infection that they treated and when I called them about it they insist to charge me $100 for an emergency follow-up, not including treatment. The shot my cat got has an 86% efficacy. Why in the world would this place feel it's right to charge a second emergency fee to give her some pills to finish her recovery ???!!!???!?! Edit: I went to another Vet exactly 7 days after Dora was treated here. She was running a temp of 104 and lost another pound of weight. The vet told me she needed more antibiotics which we gave her twice daily. 4 days later Dora was dead. I never trusting Versailles Vet Clinic with my babys' health again. RIP Dora
