Came here on a Sunday as an emergency and I must say the Dr. Feldt and his assistant. Wow amazing service and attention. Will definitely be coming back here. They explained everything and super knowledgeable.

Wonderful service being our first visit! Appreciated the "Welcome Bella" sign in our exam room. Even gave markers and color page for my daughter while I filled out paperwork. Our dog was well taken care of.

Great staff and facilities, but sadly they overcharge routine checks and vaccines. A regular annual check with parvo vaccine, heartworm and fecal test is over $320 now. I got the same at PetWellClinic for $140, so they are going more than double, and unfortunately I can't justify the extra expense. I have three dogs, and they have no loyalty discounts, the 20% exam fee discount for multiple dogs will only bring the overpriced $100 high fee to a price more comparable to other clinics, so it not really a discount. Their wellness plans are over $500 a year and do not include discounts for extra services or surgery. For healthy dogs, with a yearly check up and vaccination, there are better options, and I rather start establish a relation with another hospital that has better prices, for that sad day I'll have get a surgery or a special care. The team contacted me by phone and email to give me options but they aren't really competitive. This review is to put pressure on the owners so they understand they are damaging their business when their prices are double. Reward people that bring multiple dogs, reward loyalty, don't overcharge commodity services like vaccines.

The level of care and the staff at this location are great. However, this is a very expensive VCA hospital. Our dog has been a client here since 2021 and their prices increase more and more each time we visit. Their exams, vaccines, boarding and overall services are much higher than other local pet hospitals. If you look online at vaccine costs and how much other local places charge VCA West charges nearly close to double or even more. A couple months ago I was quoted over $500 for an annual dog visit including routine vaccines. The receptionist even stated she knows the prices are high and some customers have been going to different places that offer the same service and vaccines at lower costs. That’s what we ended up doing and paid $200 down the road for the same service and vaccines they were charging over $500 for. It’s very unfortunate that due to their constant price hikes and gouging we may have to go elsewhere for our pets routine services and boarding.

I love the Vets here. They seem to care about my pet and schedule on time appointments consistently.
