I find myself unexpectedly emotional as I write this review—perhaps because the reality of moving away is sinking in, and I can't believe I'll have to find a new vet after 11 years with VCA. Dr. Deb and her team have been more than just caregivers for my cats; they've been a comforting presence through all of life's changes. From the moment we first walked through their doors, Dr. Deb and her team have consistently shown an extraordinary level of empathy, competence, and dedication. They have not only provided exceptional medical care but have also been a source of emotional support during some of my most challenging times with these cats. Their genuine kindness and understanding have meant so much to me and my feline companions. Dr. Deb’s expertise and compassion are unparalleled. She has a remarkable ability to make both pets and their owners feel at ease, and her commitment to providing the best possible care is evident in every interaction. Her team mirrors her exceptional standards, always going above and beyond to ensure the comfort and well-being of their patients. As I prepare for this move, the thought of not having Dr. Deb’s guidance and care available to me is truly disheartening. If it is feasible, I would gladly make the hour-long drive just to continue entrusting my pets to her care. Dr. Deb and her team have become a cherished part of my life, and I am profoundly grateful for their unwavering support and outstanding service over the years. I recently adopted an older dog from the SPCA, after not having a pet in over 10 years. The environment was very pleasant, and not knowing a lot of history on our new family member 😀 the technicians were able to answer my questions, and help me better in order to give the medication needed as Zee is having ear infections... Great team of professionals...will definitely be using them again and highly recommended...Thank you to VCA for help.

The entire staff at VCA Knightswood has been so caring with my two rescue dogs. It’s been over 10 years and one of my dogs has had a couple of serious issues that he needed treatment for. From the front desk staff to the manager Karen and Dr. Debbie they took the best care of my pups. I highly recommend this office, you will not be disappointed!!

This place has been a god sent! My Dolly girl has been cared for here since we got her at 2 months old. They have been nothing short of treating her like their own. She was spayed the other day and they literally watched her all day to make sure she was okay even sending us a follow up text the following day. These places are hard to come by and we appreciate all you do ♥️♥️♥️
