New Year’s Day 2025 our sweet almost 9 year old GSD was having frequent urination, obsessive water drinking and blood in urine. The staff were all extremely helpful and patient with me being a hot mess of emotions worrying about my baby. We walked right in and were greeted with kind and exceptional care. She got diagnosed with a UTI and now 48 hours later is back to her normal self. 10/10 recommend VCA. ❤️ Reasonably priced emergency pet care and exceptional staff. We will be using VCA for our regular veterinary care from here on out. Pic of sweet girl feeling better.

Thank you to all the staff at VCA. My girlfriend and I came in with our cat Astrid, as she clearly wasn't feeling well, not eating and wobbling to the part she was starting to fall over. Sadly we could not figure out a diagnosis for what was wrong with her, and had to put her down as she was declining due to some neurological issues over the course of a few days. However Dr. Young, Dr. Baumgardner, and VCA staff were great at doing their best to help us try and figure out what was going wrong, willing to run every and all tests that they could, and kept us in the loop frequently as to what was going on with Astrid. They offered to call other emergency vets for specialists even during their busy overnight hours and other emergencies, gave us several remedies to try at home, and tried their best to give the best care they could while also not breaking the bank. They were patient with us as we had come about 3-4 times in the course of a weekend. They answered all the questions we had, offered the best solutions they could. And unfortunately due to the sudden and unknown cause of whatever Astrid had she just declined too much and it was best for us to put her down. Staff and Dr. Baumgardner especially were very sympathetic and empathetic to us through the whole ordeal. And even though it wasn't such a happy ending, we do really appreciate all the hard work VCA did to help us. I highly recommend them if you are ever in an emergency situation.

I wrote this as a part of the review for the main vet center, but wanted to post it here: We lost one of our cats suddenly in October and brought him to the Emergency Center and they were truly incredible. The receptionist, vet techs and vet were all compassionate, patient and present with us as we grieved. They listened to my irrational presumptions surrounding cause of death and reinforced that what happened was likely genetic (and not my fault). They did not rush us in saying goodbye and ultimately provided us with very beautiful private cremation options. They also sent us a card afterwards with notes from the entire staff. They were everything we needed in a time of shock, and I'll forever be grateful for their care. RIP to our lil babe.

I have never had to go to the emergency Vet, I was very concerned about getting price gouged and not finding the answers we were looking. It was the complete opposite. The staff was caring and compassionate. I can’t say enough about Dr.Kody Baumgardner. Not only did he spend a lot of time hearing us out and evaluating our golden retriever. He also called me 2 hours later late in the night with a diagnosis and treatment plan. After I nearly lost all trust and confidence in Veterinarians, Dr. Baumgardner restored it.

My dog ate a Christmas light while decorating. I called VCA to see what the best course of action was. Hope was AMAZING! She could've easily just said "We would need to see her in person" like so many other ER vets will do BUT she instead answered all my questions and concerns and gave us the best course of action for our baby. It's now been 2 days and our baby is happy, healthy, and NOT eating anymore Christmas lights. Thank you so much Hope! I truly can't express how much I appreciate your patience and compassion for our fur baby's
