All of the staff I have encountered have been so friendly to me, and especially my pup, who gets anxious at visits to the vet. Dr. Deyo really cares about his comfort and that meant the world to me. I also appreciate how quickly they share test results. Thank you to the staff from me and Harpy.

As a new patient at this location, I can’t say enough good things about our early experiences. We had a minor pet emergency and our previous vet couldn’t get us in for several weeks. I called VCA Boone and they offered me an appointment for the next day as well as several alternatives outside their practice if we needed a same day service. What really hit me though was the compassion and care that Laura showed when I spoke with her, knowing we weren’t even patients of the practice yet. She was so warm and comforting during my panic. Not only did she help get us sorted but she sought me out to say hello at our appointment. Everyone we encountered for our first few visits was so wonderful that we decided to transfer all of our pets to the location. If you’re looking for a vet office that is caring, trustworthy, and clean… then look no further!

I’ve been taking my cats to Boone since I adopted them nearly 4 years ago and we always have such a great experience. Dr. Hines is excellent—very thorough and so compassionate. We had lots of recurring eye infection issues when we first adopted them and Dr Hines was able to figure it out and they’ve been healthy since. My kitties love her and it makes going to the vet such a pleasant experience for them. The front staff is always incredibly friendly and they can always fit us in quickly for sick visits. Shout out to Marly—she always remembers us and always has a positive attitude, we love her!
