VCA Bay Hill Cat Hospital

My kitties love VCA Bay Hill! The staff are all so sweet and treat my cats with great care every visit. I love that the doctors are “cat people” and not only know how to treat my cats’ medical needs, but they always make them feel comfortable and cozy while being seen and waited on.

I've had more than half a dozen cats through my lifetime and have had many vet visits through different states. Sadly, after moving to Florida, I was having a hard time finding one that felt right. I had to try a few different vets for my cat who just got sick. VCA was, by far, one of THE best vet experiences I've had thus far. The vet techs and the Dr all were super caring and very knowledgeable. As an office that only treats cats, you know this is their speciality. They made everyone feel super comfy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet for their kitty.

Amazing staff, my cat wasn’t feeling well and it was an emergency appointment. Honestly they did so much for my Cleo and for my partner and myself helping us and answering the questions that we had. Really amazing, after they reach me to know how she was feeling, the best in the city honestly thank you so much

This review is LONG past due! Dr. Brown and the staff at Bay Hill Cat Hospital are phenominal. I took my two cats there starting in 2020 when they reached 8weeks until I moved out-of-state in April 2022. They grew up with Dr. Brown from being spayed, neutered, vaccinated, regular exams, and boarding. Dr. Brown always spent a lot of time answering my many questions regarding behavior and diet. She also worked with me for medications and provided guidance to keep them calm during the long car ride to our new home. I am still searching for the right vet in our new home. I have not yet found a vet who handles cats the same way as Dr. Brown. She always had a soft comforting approach and handled them in a way that they would back up into her and was never rough with them. I never saw Dr. Brown hold the scruff of my cats neck, which I have seen by three different vets in our new area. Dr. Brown and her team definitely set the standards high!

This clinic is AWESOME!! The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, and Mini was totally at ease (different clinics she was terrified). They explained everything they were doing and what recommendations. Disney employees get 10% off. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ❤️
