The care that was provided for my cat was wonderful. Two things I am extremely frustrated about this vet is 1. They gave my cat a prescription sheet and told us to go through Amazon to get it. 2. I have NO idea how to get prescriptions through Amazon so I kindly called back and asked for assistance. The clinic said they would call me back same day and that was a Friday. Had to wait through the weekend and still waiting to hear back or even have someone pick up the phone.

Please reconsider before taking your fur baby here. I unfortunately had to put my cat down (kidney failure). The staff was extremely inconsiderate given the situation and my emotional state. They wouldn’t even let me be with her in her final moments. I wish I would’ve fought harder to hold my baby as she took her last breath or walked out. The tech even tried to put her body in a trash bag for me to leave with. Sir, she’s not trash. She was my world and you don’t just throw that away. This was the first time ever going through something like this, if only the staff were more empathetic… I have the right clinic. This occurred last year but I regret everyday not speaking up in the situation

Two stars because they are the fast food version of vet care. They provide what you need with a side of attitude. Remember you are inconveniencing them by showing up. Also remember that it's rude for you to ask ANY questions because it interrupts their gossip with their coworkers. If you need something they will get it but you'll wish you didn't ask. If you need anything for cats or dogs just go to NDS they are so much nicer over there.

The vet tech and vet were very friendly. The vet was very patient and took her time with me and my pet. She answered all my questions and didn’t rush out. I was very pleased with our experience.

Had a great 1st experience here! My 2 fur babies were treated very gently by the staff. The vet and staff were professional and welcoming. I look forward to returning to this location (for vaccines not accidents or health issues) :) 🐶 🐶
