I trust Dr Amy and her staff. Very straight forward, no nonsense vet. I worked in the field for 20 years and have seen fantastic vets and vets that I wouldn't let touch my stuffed animals. Very prompt responding to questions and scheduling appointments. If you need a good doc. for your fur babies, give Valley West a go.

I cannot say enough great things about West Valley Animal Hospital! I recently brought my dog, Rocky, in to get an international health certificate, and Dr. Bhullar and her amazing team went above and beyond to ensure everything was done perfectly. They were incredibly thorough, professional, and compassionate, making Rocky feel at ease throughout the process. What really stood out to me was how affordable their prices are without compromising the quality of care. It’s clear that this team genuinely cares about their patients and their families. They really do their best to take care of us. My rascal injured his leg. I called & got an appointment for the next day because he was favoring so much. We have a 2.5 hr trip with a lot of traffic. They provide a quiet exam room to help my furry friend calm down after the drive. He enjoys the gals so much that when they turned their back to prepare supplies for the splint he told them he needed their love & affection instead. He was so at ease he wanted to share cuddles with them instead of being afraid. Apparently they acquiesced because he bounded back in to the exam room quite proud of himself. The goober. We have had Dr. amy as his vet for 3 years. Always had good service & care. Easy instructions for take home care. I am well pleased & am thankful Dr. Amy, Tanya, Rosie & Toni do such a great job.

Went in for vaccines and preventative care. I only got to see the vet at the end of the appointment briefly to speak about my dogs dental hygiene, which was fair because it was bad. But I left without my dogs probiotics. When they reached out, they said to just buy them on Amazon, but I needed them to be a part of the appointment. Overall, I just didn't feel they cared about my animals because dental hygiene as bad as it is was not a gastro problem that I was seeking preventative care for. I'll be taking my boys elsewhere.

Dr Amy Cromer is extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent care! Also the fees are quite reasonable compared to many other veterinary practices here in the valley. I highly recommend Valley West.
