Valley Veterinary Clinic

This is the best place to take your small pets dogs and cats and your horses. Of course I don’t have a horse. I got two dogs, but I think they’re the best.

They are a great office. We have had several kitties cared for, and every staff member has been wonderful. They make sure you know what is needed and what can help your pet be happy and healthy.

My dog is in his final hours and feel it’s appropriate to have the ruddiest interaction I have ever had. I’m breaking down and trying to give my last name so they can pull up my account. The woman keeps mispronouncing it then say sorry I can’t hear you and hangs up. Call back immediately puts me on hold for scheduling. Then 3 minutes later picks up and asks if I have been helped. I explain my dog is actively dying and the woman says “can you get to the point” then says you’ll just have to call back tomorrow at 8 am. We have used them for our horses and had generally good interactions but this was the final straw. Don’t use this veterinary clinic when you’re at your most vulnerable, losing your best friend they DON’T CARE!

I am so thankful that I have had the pleasure of having valley vet as my animals primary veterinary clinic. Over the last few years they have provided excellent care to my animals. They have always been extremely helpful and supportive in anyway that they can. We recently had to bring our fur baby in to start her next journey over the rainbow bridge. It was very difficult for my family and I. The people that helped us through the process ensured they talked to us every step of the way. They informed us before doing anything and made us aware of anything that could happen. They gave us time, allowed us to grieve, and offered us guidance through the process. They were very kind and compassionate. One of the ladies who helped us was extremely professional. She grieved with us during the process and then we sat and waited in our car for a while. We watched her collect herself walk outside and great her next patient with happiness. It takes a very strong person to be able to do what she did. Your staff are so caring and compassionate. Thank you guys for helping with our beautiful blue eyed girl.

The clinic appears clean and organized. They have a system where you pull in and check in from the parking lot, which I appreciate. Our appointment was at 11:15 am, however we weren’t seen until 11:45. But the level of care my dog received was far better than the vet in Kelso. Everyone was kind and attentive, my questions were answered, and the price point is far better than Kelso as well. I feel comfortable trusting this clinic with my pet.
