A trip to the ER with a fur baby is no easy trip to make, but the staff at Valley Central is patient, accommodating and incredibly helpful. The doctors are knowledgeable and really help you understand the procedures as they are happening. The overnight staff were so kind to let us check in on our little Albie and even offered to send pictures so we could sleep a little better at night knowing he was in such stellar care. We are so thankful for the care Valley Central has given us over the years.

Contrary to this sweet photo, Jax is absolutely spicy and a tad demonic at the vet. He was no different being under emergency care after sneaking after around toxic flowers. Dr. Teeter was extremely kind and patient while I asked a million questions. I also called multiple times asking for updates and was always spoken to with care as well. They allowed me to visit him which perked Jax right up and he finally ate food after spending the night scared. 10/10 recommend visiting your pets in the ER. We decided it would be best to bring Jax home for monitoring after 24 hours when his bloodwork came back clean twice since he was under extreme stress being there and kept needing sedation to be examined. The front desk was able to refund me bc I originally paid up front for two nights which is recommended for possible flower and plant poising. Thank you Valley Central for your compassionate quick care and constant updates on my baby boy. I have no idea where the bad reviews are coming from, but I will always take my pets here if needed for emergencies. Ps. valley central also did life saving care on my “puppy cousin” Rudy Sauerwine two years ago after drinking contaminated lake water - he is thriving today!

(2 reviews in 1) Our first time using this emergency vet, we had to unfortunately put our cat, Nimue, down. The staff were very professional and caring. Our second time using them, they saved our kitten, Artemis. She was running a high fever, and we weren't sure she would make it, but she did. She's still with us today, thanks to the team here! Thank you for all that you do!

This was my first time working with an emergency vet, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience during such a hard time. The staff was kind, empathetic, and skilled. I appreciated the comfort of their visitation rooms, and my dog’s passing was handled with such gentle care and peace. Thank you to the entire team for supporting families during such difficult times. -Wyatt’s mom
