Went it to put my sweet pet down and the girl at the front desk, Letty, was extremely rude, showed no compassion. Did not once give our family any condolences. We had specifically called an hour earlier to request that they are ready for our baby’s last moments and once we arrived she purposely ignored us and let us rush in with our dying pet. I am very dissatisfied with the way she treated us. Don’t understand why she even works at a vet hospital with no compassion. Hoping that management takes this review seriously as I’m sure we will not be the only ones with these comments.

Jan 04, 2025 · Maria Vera-FloresA few months ago I took my dog there to consult, they charge me more than $500 dollars that's fine. but now the problem has returned and they want to charge for the visit again when they didn't do a good job. EL PEOR VETERINARIO DE LA HISTORIA!!
Nov 01, 2024 · Ricardo PavonGood and efficient staff. It wasn't an easy day for me. I had to let one of my foster cats go. She spent one night there because the doctor wanted to see how she responded to treatment. The doctor called early the next morning. Her response wasn't well enough. After speaking with the doctor for a few minutes, the decision was made to let her go.
Jan 29, 2024 · Margo GutierrezThe doctors are kind and you can tell they really want the best for your pet! They always get you in as soon as they can and even try to work with you financially to save you money. I have multiple pets I bring here, & have had all good experiences!
