The team at UrgentVet showed genuine understanding of how tough it was for me and Ziggy. They were friendly, compassionate, and professional! The facility was well kept, and everyone I interacted with from the vet techs to the doctor was exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive. The team genuinely cared so much that I even received a heartfelt card a week after my last visit, expressing their condolences for my loss. Till today, I think about my positive experience with them.

The 2 you girls that helped with Duke and the Doctor were sincerely the most kindest, compassionate people. Bless you all and thank you so much for the care you took with my baby. He was 14 1/2 yrs old. Spoiled to the max. And again you were so kind. I cannot thank you ladies enough.

Had to take my dog in as I couldn’t get into my regular vet for a week. I love this place! As someone who has a reactive dog and loathes waiting rooms of vet offices, this place is a DREAM. You save your spot online and then wait for a text. When you walk in, you’re immediately taken into a room. No chance for your pup to come into contact with other animals in an unsafe way. The wait to be seen was quick! I was there maybe an hour and a half total and the visit cost was about what I pay at my regular vet office! The vet and techs were kind and amazing at explaining what was going on and what needed to be done with my pup. Also they kept apologizing for the wait! What wait?! I was expecting to wait for hours and that wasn’t the case at all. If you ever need urgent and after hours care for your pet, HIGHLY recommend UrgentVet!

Our little dog had an extreme allergic reaction to something. We found Urgent Vet and they took our information over the phone as we were driving over there so it made check-in a breeze. They quickly greeted us when we entered the doors and took us right back. They were quick, efficient and more affordable than most. Thank you, Urgent Vet! Our little girl is doing much better now.

Such a wonderful place. After seeing blood in my cat’s urine, I took him to UrgentVet. I did not hold our place in line online and simply walked in. I was greeted quickly and there was no wait time. The private rooms are clean and comfortable. Gloria was absolutely lovely! She treated my cat with the utmost care and even gave him treats. She listened to me intently and documented everything with clear details. Dr. Briggs was very kind to my cat and I can tell that he genuinely loves and cares for all animals. He’s quite knowledgeable. My cat ended up having a UTI. I received an estimate for the services quickly and Gloria took the time to discuss all of my options. The entire process took an hour and fifteen minutes for the medical exam/consult, diagnosis, estimate, fluids, and medicine. It was SO fast compared to my experiences at other places. Now my furry friend is happy and peeing in his litter box again. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone experiencing a pet emergency! 🐈🐈
