Urgent Vet took great care of our Bella. When I called they were kind, asked minimal questions and were up front on the cost to have our MinPin examined. There was no pressure to proceed one way or the other. They examined her and allowed us to decide how much we wanted to do at that time. I would HIGHLY recommend Urgent Vet if you ever need an honest, affordable, “emergency” option for your pet.

A+ experience! I was able to get a same day appointment for my dog’s ear infection. There was no waiting time, the facility is beautiful and clean. The vet and the technician took GREAT care of my boy!!

The moment I smelled her nail after days of nursing it I knew I had to get her in. The check in process online and getting her in was amazing. They were professional and knew she needed it removed. They wrote her scripts to save me and wrapped her paw perfectly after. The follow up with documentation was top notch. I would take my dogs here for all care not just emergency. Thank goodness I found this place. She never even needed a cone after with the benzocaine and only 2 pain pills. Perfect treatment hands down! The nail trim was worth the extra cost while sedated. I wish I would have got video of the bandage removal to show it’s so worth the $80. They care and it shows. Thank you!

Great experience at UrgentVet! Online reservation was quick and easy. The techs here were so kind and gentle with my dog, who was pretty scared. We saw Dr Carlson and she was great! Luckily my dog only needed minor treatment for some eye irritation, but it put my mind at ease to be able to get into a vet so quickly. Definitely would use them again if I needed to.

Absolutely a great place to take your pets to in between your regular vet and the er. I’ve been here twice now and have only experienced great communication, a listening ear and positive health results. One of my cats tested positive for FeLV at our home vet but the dr didn’t have time to run blood for the others or answer questions. Dr. Benecke took time to relay her knowledge and reassured me that my kitties would be okay, all while I was asking a thousand questions. Their techs are fabulous, can’t believe they remembered my kitty’s name from her last visit 8 months ago. Prices are also reasonable, their techs are very open about the expenses and will break everything down for you. Seriously, give your team a raise, wonderful work and bedside manners! I hope I don’t have to return for the sake of health but it’s an above average experience here.
