I just wanna give thanks to everyone at urgent vet that helped us yesterday unfortunately had to put our dog down. He was 15 years old and literally within two days took a turn for the worst and ultimately that was what we had to do, we had the cutest girl Vet tech I believe helping us unfortunately I didn’t see her name on her badge, she was just this cutest girl African-American I believe cute girl short hair, great personality. I wish I would’ve known her name. I wish I would’ve seen her name badge but due to the circumstances, I was upset and heartbroken for what had to happen, but she was the sweetest thing she treated Max like he was her own and loved him and talked shared stories of her dogs and at the end we brought his body home with us and she got us a little casket to bring him home in she wrote his name on top drew some stars on top and hearts and just made it personable not cold and bland and sad we thought that was a really great gesture and very touching at the end. She helped us take him put him in our car and I hugged her and then she shook my husbands hand and he hugged her. She was just the most sweetest most genuine person I’ve ever met. She even took the time to make print paw print for us to bring home, which she did it out of the goodness of her heart I’m so grateful it was a really good experience. I hope if you ever put in that situation, you’ll choose to go there we didn’t know where to go. It’s New Year’s Day. Everywhere is closed, but they were phenomenal. We will definitely be going back to them in the future. Hopefully it’s not for a reason like that but they were amazing and if you can get that cute girl to help you, she is outstanding thank you for helping us through this difficult situation and making it a little easier for our family..

Jan 03, 2025 · Kathy CoffmanMy dog and I were there for a very long time despite our specific case being relatively simple. I knew exactly what was going to need to be done so I wish the diagnosis part happened a little quicker.. however that’s to be expected at an urgent/emergency center when your situation isn’t critical. The actual vet only spent about 2 minutes in total with me, but the technician/assistant was very kind. The pricing was high but again, not out of the ordinary. I did feel like the technician that worked with us was very communicative and sweet. She helped me walk my loopy pup out to my car which was more than accommodating. I wish I had gotten her name to shout her out. Now what did make me leave a review and still leave 4+ stars is because I was in the other room when I heard them waking my dog up from surgery and it was so sweet to hear I almost started crying. Our experience wasn’t life threatening but to still hear them taking such good care of my dog and waking him up so sweetly had me smiling in the waiting room. Overall, I will recommend this place for people with emergencies or who can’t get into their general vet in a timely manner, and if my dog ever needs anything again I would come back.
Mar 11, 2025 · Bailey WardThe vet tech and doctor were superb! They both took time to explain, to reassure and to help me feel comfortable. Lexie, the vet’s assistant, was gentle and sweet with my dog. She was sympathetic, effective, and well informed, which helped console me. I will say that I was “put off” upon entering the office. The last thing I want to see when I am stressed is a bank of computers in an empty room. In-take, for me, seems less than welcoming! Besides, how can I use a keyboard while holding and attending to an ailing, distressed pet with perhaps a gushing wound or worse? Human aspect = 10 Office decor / art / cleanliness = 10 New concept check-in/efficiency in mind= 2
Jan 05, 2025 · Robin GriegoGreat clinic. My Great Dane found a block of cheese at the park and ate the whole thing including the plastic wrapper. This was a Saturday afternoon and my normal vet clinic was closed. I called UrgentVet and headed right over. They had me checked in and in a room within minutes. My Dane is a major booger at the vet and they were very patient with him. Able to induce vomiting quickly and get the plastic out of his gut. Staff is very kind and efficient. We were in and out of there in about an hour. Almost unheard of in an animal ER. The cost was also very reasonable compared to other Emergency Vet Clinics, it was close to what I would have paid at my regular vet. The clinic was nice and clean. I hope I won’t have to go back but if I need mor urgent care I will use them again. Thanks for the great service.
Oct 28, 2024 · Rachel BlanchardDr. Ramirez and her team took such good care of my dog. They are very knowledgeable and they gained my trust. The teams care, everyone I saw for Kona was amazing. They are amazing at what they do and I could tell they truly cared. That’s what makes an amazing care team (Dr. Ramirez, and the two techs on 2/6/25), genuine concern and expertise for the patient and their family. Thank you, I’m so glad I listened to the provider and transferred care to be admitted overnight to the place they recommended, I am glad they recommended it. My dog ended up having DKA like Dr. Ramirez expected, and was admitted to the ICU. Kona is improving. I also appreciated her giving me another option of taking her home like I had asked, but informed me of all the options and respected it. That way I was able to be more confident in my decision actually getting her admitted. Thank you thank you
Feb 08, 2025 · Rebecca StevensYes, my small dog was attacked by two larger dogs viciously and this urgent vet was kind, supportive, knowledgeable and perfect in every way. They gave me great advice on how to go forward with my decision and we're very respectable to my dog
