UrgentVet

This is our first visit at UrgentVet and it was an overall great first experience. I had called prior to my visit and they were able to check me in over the phone in order to assist us as soon as possible. The Vet and staff were all very sweet and took their time to get to know Remy as well as doing a great job at communicating their thoughts. I would definitely come back here if needed. Again, the staff was amazing and I felt it was a very smooth process from check in to leaving with my Remy.

I wanted to share some details about our experience here so others may be more prepared before coming: We had scheduled a time to come in online for 12:30 We didn't go into a room until 1:00pm We didn't get seen by the vet until around 2:00pm We left a little after 3:00pm I know they are really bus, especially on a Sunday when most of the other vets are closed so be prepared for long wait times. Our visit was because our dog wasn't using his front paw and had a bad limp, he got an X-ray and an exam and left with some pain and anti inflammatory medicine. Our visit cost ~$580 They broke down the pricing and checked with us to make sure we agreed on the price before taking him back for the X-ray so the transparency is nice and I wish our regular vet would do that too. The staff is extremely friendly and our dog loved them more than his regular vet. The reception process is a little confusing but the staff are really nice and professional, they put my dog at ease during a stressful time for him.

My cat Mango was sick and dehydrated and needed to be seen and our vet was closed, everyone around us was either busy or had some crazy pricing to come in last minute. I drove 40 min away since I seen great reviews. We came and checked in and immediately brought into the room. They did have snacks and drinks in the lobby. Very clean and comfortable. The wait was very long to me, but that’s because I’m very impatient and not so much a reflection of them. The vet tech Casandra was absolutely wonderful and explain the whole process and cost so there are no surprises later. She was soft spoken, patient and understanding. Doctor A. Orals was transparent, descriptive and informative as much as possible. I felt like he did not try to perform unnecessary tests to take more money out of me like most of these emergency vets try to do. In and out in about half or so. My cat is already feeling better today and the medicine is helping. They followed up with a phone call to make sure he felt better. I’m extremely happy with this service. Will definitely go again, if needed be! They need to open more of these locations because the staff is absolutely amazing!

This was our first visit to UrgentVet. We had to take our Johnny cat around 9 PM for stomach issues. We were so impressed with how kind and friendly all of the staff were. They treated us and our cat so well. Facility was very clean. The cost is also very reasonable for an urgent care center vs an emergency vet visit. Definitely recommend this place to anyone with a pet emergency.

The staff was fantastic! We didn’t have to wait, the online check-in was fast and easy. The facility was clean and welcoming. The doctor was very thorough and explained all our options completely. They forwarded the records to our regular vet right away. I definitely recommend this clinic if you are in need of urgent care for your pet. I also feel I didn’t get charged outrageous fees for weekend services!

This place was absolutely amazing! They saved my dog's life and were super quick with everything. The staff was incredibly friendly and clearly loves their jobs. It was really affordable, too. They went over prices in depth before anything was done aswell. They got me transferred for surgery pretty quickly as well. Overall, it’s an awesome place, and I would definitely use them again if needed!

Until yesterday, I had never heard of UrgentVet, and while I wish that were still the case soley due to circumstances for our visit I am SO thankful I found them. I was on the verge of breaking down due to my dogs injuries, but Molly's calm demeanor and all around compassion helped me to pull myself together. My dog received the absolute best care, and when we were leaving, she tried to go back inside to go see Molly again. I couldn't be more thankful for the care and compassion exhibited by everyone encountered.
