Urgent Paws Vet Clinic

Wally got very sick very quickly. My vet was closed so his office recommended Dr. BRUCE. SHE WAS VERY THOROUGH WITH WALLY YET GENTLE AND KIND. She gave me some medicine to give her (Wally was a girl) to help her feel better when we got home. I took her to her vet the next day, but she had to be euthanized. She was 40 years old. I am devastated as I had her since she was 6 years old. My sister had been taking care of her the last 6 to 8 months. Her bird passed away last year and she fell in love with Wally too. Dr. Bruce was wonderful and eased her last hours on earth with the meds she sent home with her. Please trust your pet in Dr. Bruce's care. She's so gentle and caring with them. Excellent clinic. My dog was treated like one of their own family. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon I was in and out quickly. The wound care was throughly explained. Would definitely go again for non urgent care. Reasonable cost included all medications.

Dr Bruce is such a bright, thorough, compassionate veterinarian. Her staff is knowledgeable and kind. I have been to her office several times.and would recommend her highly. I am so impressed with her clinic and her professional treatment of my English Bulldogs that I won't go anyplace else for urgent care for my dogs. She is very impressive, kind and empathetic. I can not say enough about this clinic. Amazing. They are the pinnacle of what vet care is supposed to be. Each time I bring my fur baby into them it is a wonderful experience. When I came in I was very distraught and upset regarding my dog was not feeling well. Each member of the staff addressed me and my dog by name, was very concerned how the dog was and how I was doing, very patient, considerate, friendly, caring and you could tell love doing what they do. They explained every step to me, explained all details needed/wanted, gave me options, no judgement, gave examples of their own pets, asked if I understood everything step by step and most importantly , was so helpful, gentle & caring with my baby, Charlie. He was in pain, but you would never know it because of how gentle they were with him. The friendliness, respect and caring goes unsurpassed and way beyond anything I ever experienced before with any other vet. I cant thank them enough for what they do. All of them deserve a raise.

I brought my bearded dragon here for an urgent care visit and was amazed at how competent the staff was when it comes to reptiles. I have had the hardest time finding quality care for my girl (who I had thought was a boy until this visit) and they well exceeded my expectations. They even followed up after the visit with detailed summary notes on her exam and access to her own patient portal. This is the level of care I have been looking for! My only complaint is that she can’t be my primary care veterinarian, lol. 😫😂 Thank you, Dr.Bruce and team.
