I first came to Upper Marlboro Veterinary Hospital when we became the owners of our adopted boy Dallas. He was a 7 months old Rottweiler. We looked at several vets in the area and took a chance with them over the others. Best decision we ever made besides adopting Dallas. We’ve been coming to Upper Marlboro Veterinary Hospital for 8 years. The staff is professional and loving. They treat him like he is their only client. As I’m sure they do with every pet that comes through their door. I couldn’t have asked for a better vet. Whether he’s there for a bath or a checkup. I never worry. I know he’s in good hands. I’m truly grateful that we walked through that door. 😊

My experience was great, the staff/doctor were very helpful and welcoming. Got my fur baby seen quickly and my fur baby didn’t throw a fit either … Definitely will use them when needed !

This was my first time there and felt at ease with the staff and the doctor. This will be my dogs vet. The price for the service was much better than previous vet. I am so glad I made the change.

I love this vet! Everyone here is very calm and caring. Dr. Mesfin puts his heart into making sure your doggie lives their best life. The front desk staff is amazing! And Angela, my doggie’s nurse was so sweet and reassuring. You can tell they all truly love animals. My doggie had his first dental cleaning visit yesterday and staff went above and beyond to explain the entire procedure before, during and after. I am so happy my coworker recommended this pet clinic to me. I have 2 dogs now and they are caring for both of them. The first pic is my Yorkie after his dental procedure vibing on his meds lol. This other pic is my puppy toy poodle on the vet’s weigh scale. This place is great!

I can’t say enough good things about this office! The staff here is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient. They took such great care of my kittens, making sure they were comfortable and well looked after. The veterinarians took the time to answer all my questions and provided excellent advice on kitten care. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and you can tell they genuinely care about the animals they treat. If you’re looking for a vet who will treat your pets like their own, I highly recommend them. I feel confident knowing my kittens are in great hands here.
