There are no words to explain how I feel about this clinic. Many years ago, they saved a stray cat that followed my kids home from school and got hit by a car. Later, they saved the leg of my 4-month-old puppy after another veterinarian told me he had to lose the leg. Their love for animals and the care they provide is top-notch! I don't even live in the area - but would drive to the ends of the Earth to go to this clinic. I would give them six stars if it was an option. ❤️ I didn't take my children to just any pediatrician and I wouldn't take my four-legged children to just any clinic. Universal City Animal Hospital is by far the best!!!

Very friendly! Love that they check you in then come to your car to get you and your pet- or just your pet! We will be back! We brought a stray I. To see if he had a microchip. (No, but owners were found)

It's just me and my elderly pup, and after having a terrible experience at my previous vet of 10 years I was so happy to find that everyone at UCAH is kind, thorough, and meticulous in caring for my dog. From the front desk staff to the doctors and techs, it's the only place I know I can safely leave my girl in good hands. Their constant stream of repeat clients also seems to mean they don't feel the need to overcharge, as I observed at my previous animal hospital.

My beautiful sweet cat was picked up at 630 am by a close friend. I didn't think he could make but I had to try at any cost. The clinic tried for 6 days with everything possible to no avail. All of these intelligent Doctors are very gentle, sweet and kind. This clinic is the very best in Texas. In my eyes these people all walk on water..I highly recommend Universal City Animal Hospital to every animal lover. A special thanks to DVM Proctor, DVM Gates, DVM Butler, DVM Hernandez you all have a special place in my heart. Sue Ellen

These guys are the best! This is the vet my mom uses. She loves him as well as the staff, as do I l. Recently, my dog passed, they handled the disposal , with dignity and care. Later that same week I received a card from them. It was beautiful. Such a caring staff.
