They helped our dog and I’m grateful for that, but it’s SUPER expensive. They are horrible at giving updates. My son was separated from his dog for over 5 hours without any information (unless WE asked). Front desk staff showed obvious irritation and annoyance being asked about our dog. One lady even sighed and was like I guess I’ll go ask. My response to her was seriously????? They won’t do any treatment until services are paid for, and those charges are ESTIMATES, so if other charges come up, it’s another payment before those will be done too. I paid $633 and then had to pay another $427. (they do nothing to offer assistance) care credit and scratch pay are a joke at best. My credit score is 7 points under and I was denied for both) Also staff shamed me for losing my job and not having savings. Once the stitches and staples are removed and Leia is cleared, I’ll never go back. ALL vets in general are a racket. Take advantage of people who are trying to help their pets.

The delay was so long and the service was so limited, trying to make false diagnoses in order to charge more money. I do not recommend it. It is the first and last time I will bring my cat.

I brought my dog here approximately 9:30 at night due to her snagging her dew claw while running. The front desk lady (blueish green hair) had a poor attitude. I had called prior to arriving and was told that I would have my dog looked at and then given an estimate regarding her services; however, that never happened. The lady then asked a young man to weigh my dog and take her back without providing him any information on my girl. I applaud him because she practically demanded he do it and not requested. He asked me her name and took her back. I waited with no update etc. finally, the same young lady says my dog was ready for check out and just states my total. I asked if they removed the nail etc due to the quoted price and she told me , “ well I don’t know what the did. I wasn’t the one who did it.” Well clearly ma’am however you should have some information to relay to me given you are in charge of checking patients out. When I was hesitant to hand her my card, another lady was speaking to another client in the waiting room, but she proceeded to yell her name repeatedly to no avail. She finally picks up the phone to ask what they did to my dog and relays it to me in a rude tone. I pay for the services without fuss because I’m not trying to argue when she clearly is not enjoying her job. The previous young man brings out my dog and explains everything to me and is very polite and kind. I’m grateful my dog was in his hands and not hers. I will not be back. 08/22/24

I must say I received the best service from them. They even have programs that you can apply for loans. To safe yourself sometime and stress. I am very grateful for the service I received. My puppy was literally dying and they did everything they could to save him. May God bless every hand working on each animal that comes thru there doors. I'm in tears because I am typing this holding my puppy who is still recovering but alive and well. Thanks so much for everything. 🤝🏾🙏🏾🙌🏾🫂💙

Anyone who knows me also knows my dog Cashmeer means everything to me. Being new to Atlanta. I didn’t kno here to start. But I was lead to Union City Veterinary Medical Center & Emergency Clinic…. When I walked through the door I felt a sigh of relief……. Like. I was in the right place. It was calm. Clean. And the staff were hard at work.. Unfortunately. My puppy was diagnosed with Pyometra…. And She needed immediate emergency surgery. Before. During. And after. The surgery I received calls and updates. The staff made sure to keep me informed throughout the entire process. Next day…. when she ate and went to use the potty…. I got a call then too. The communication is awesome. I feel like the people there know exactly how much these pets mean to us and are doing all they can In order to make sure they come home. Happy. Safe. And healthy. I just wanted to thank everyone who participated in Cash’s visit and surgery. Her wounds are stitched up nicely. Her rambunctiousness has returned. She’s eating. Drinking. And back to her bossy ways of pushing the PitBull who is 7x her size….. Around the house Thank you. Thank you guys so much for giving me Soooooooooooooo much more needed time with CashMeerKush I really appreciate you
