Underhill Animal Hospital

The first day we visited, the staff all met my dogs at the floor. They kneeled and said hello, and essentially took the whole visit sitting on the ground. My dogs were so nervous, but seeing them be friendly and coming down to their level really opened them up. So far we have had vaccines, spay and dentals all while in the care of the team at Underhill. I’m having a hard time believing I could ever return to the services we had before, when Underhill Animal Hospital and the kindness of the team here is available. ❤️

The team here is truly wonderful. I came in with my dog for an emergency, and Hally, the technician, immediately stepped in to help. She was so patient and understanding while I was feeling overwhelmed. On top of that, she was incredibly kind, explaining everything with care and honesty. The front desk staff was amazing as well. I’m so grateful for their support and have decided to bring my puppy here as his primary vet. Thank you for everything—you’ve made such a difference! -Keef's mom

I can’t say enough great things about Underhill Animal Hospital! Everyone there is phenomenal from the front desk staff to the amazing team of Doctors. DR. wolf is by far the BEST veterinarian we’ve found. She is taking great care of all of our dogs and many of our clients have been switching over to underhill animal hospital as well! Very very happy.

I’ve been taking my dog there for the past 18 years luckily it wasn’t many times as I had a fairly healthy dog. Towards the end, I was extremely disappointed in the way they handled things. They are always running late even when you have an appointment and they say they can get you in. The doctors seem overworked and not enough time for you to explain things and offer more holistic solutions. I’m sure you can find better options out there if and when I ever get a dog again I won’t be using their services this mirrors. The typical medical system that humans are exposed to do yourself a favor find a holistic vet. I will say they do have a doctor there that is more holistic minded, but I only got her one time, but I appreciated the fact that they did have somebody there with that mindset. I wish I could’ve left a better review, but they dropped the ball on delivering the best care to a very good customer towards the end of my pets life. Hope you have a better experience than I did.

We love Underhill Animal Hospital and have been treating our pets here for 30 years. It is awesome to have had our first dog treated with Dr. Daniel Hill over many years, and to now have our current puppy treated with Dr. Hill's daughter, Dr. Heidi Hill. Dr. Bianca Zayas has also been a great support in times of distress with our pets. She has a big loving heart. We also love all the staff and other doctors, as well. Keep up the great work loving and treating our pets!
