Our first time yesterday with our new kittens. Very convenient location, with easy parking and Saturday hours. The office looks very clean and professional. Dr. Clifton and his tech were very patient and answered all our questions as we are first time cat parents. You can tell they love animals here. Our visit was complimentary, which was unexpected and much appreciated. We will be coming back. Thank you Tysons Corner Animal Hospital!

Dr. Clifton has been taking care of my baby Barack for a little over 3 years. He is AMAZING! His staff is also excellent, professional, and very caring. I just LOVE THEM!

This vet is horrible. I left in tears today after they canceled my dog’s follow up appointment without my knowledge because they didn’t like the private feedback I sent about the provider. Now my dog is overdue for his vaccine booster because of ego. The vet is a jerk and condescending. When I asked if he was always like that I was given the answer that he’s “not a morning person” so if you want to be treated well either make your appointment in the afternoon or just go somewhere else. Just look at his replies to negative reviews, defensive and rude. That’s all you need to know.

I looked into services and prices in Northern Virginia and Tysons was the best. But what I couldn’t have expected was the incredible care their staff and doctors give their clients. They literally saved my dogs life and handled a very difficult situation with such kindness.

I booked an appointment for my new kitten at 9:50 AM and confirmed this time multiple times over the phone with one of their staff. However, when I arrived, they insisted my appointment was actually at 9:15 AM, claimed I had missed it, and charged me an $80 no-show fee. They also refused to reschedule my appointment, leaving me without the care my pet needed. This situation feels not only unfair but potentially against standard consumer rights. Despite my efforts to confirm the appointment, they provided no written confirmation—no email, no text, nothing in writing to hold them accountable. As a customer, I expect clear communication and fair policies, not arbitrary charges with no recourse. This experience has shown me a severe lack of transparency and respect for clients, and I would strongly advise pet owners to think twice before trusting Tysons Corner Animal Hospital with their pets' care. It’s essential to find a veterinary clinic that values both its clients and their rights.
