Two Notch Road Animal Clinic

Staff was very friendly and saw our puppy quickly. Even though, he had never been seen here before. Doctor was very knowledgeable and took time with puppy and his considered parent . Had a great experience! Highly recommend this facility .

As a recent transplant to the area, I've taken my cat to Two Notch Road Animal Clinic and it's been an entirely pleasant experience. The staff and doctor are attentive, caring and patient and they make what is/can be a difficult conversation entirely bearable. I cannot recommend them enough.

Extraordinary! They help me help her. They keep my budget on point with their very unique care system. Give them a try if you are looking for veterinary care for your pet people. She is on a specialized diet and they have it right there. The front office to the vet techs and the Veternarian we met was very patient with my girl as she showed herself to be very nervous. Did boarding and have done boarding with them before, had a pickup time scheduled for Sunday - show up at agreed upon time and another patron is waiting in parking lot for their dog too with a sign on door saying they’re out for lunch for several hours and to call a number. Tried calling and they wouldn’t pick up before finally putting us on hold immediately, eventually a guy opens the door and say he was practically refusing to give us our dog back that day and to come back tomorrow. Argue with him and finally get my dog back and my is absolutely petrified and shaking/trembling uncontrollably and he sprinted right to our car and past us, which is unlike him entirely. He Has never had any fear of them or other staff at other vets, nor would he ever ignore us and seek escape and run right to our car. He has always been the most lovable and friendly dog ever so to terrify him the way he was something absolutely had to have happened. God only knows what they did to my dog here or what they allowed other animals to do to him, and the lack of care the employee had is telling too. Had a great experience with a temporary visiting vet years ago here, Dr Pat, who played a key role in saving my dogs life but unfortunately this place seems to be have gone down hill now and I will absolutely never be returning here and I can see why recent reviews have been 1 and 2 stars as of late. Absolutely disgusted.

We have been bringing our sweet chihuahua to this clinic since he was born. He has always gotten the best care, and the staff seems to really love our Rocco. I love that they now offer their own online pharmacy which means you can get your pet's prescriptions delivered to your home. They match the pricing of the big box stores which is a huge win. I spoke with Amy on the phone a couple times, and she is so sweet and gave excellent customer service. Also, our Rocco has been boarding here for years, and the staff often tells me how much they love when he stays. That makes us have such peace of mind that he is well cared for when we are traveling. Thank you all so much for all you do. Rocco sends kisses, too!
