When times are tough, this animal hospital really knows how to pull through and show the humanity when losing a loved one. I had to say goodbye to my 13 year old kitty last month, and I really didn’t know what to expect. It was my first time dealing with end of life care for a pet as an adult. The office and their receptionists, techs, nurses, and the two doctors who helped me were all incredible, empathic, and caring. Sitting with people who are grieving is a vast skill set, as I know from my career as a social worker - and so experiencing the genuine care that I received felt like a blessing I did not expect. I highly recommend this office to take care of your pets needs, to give realistic and thorough observations and care guidelines, and to really deliver quality nurturing care to the federal way community of fur babies. I have two other pets (an elder cavalier and a young tom cat) who get checked up here and bi annually examined, and I very much look forward to continuing to use this as my primary vet office. The Twin Lakes Vet Hospital has been a bastion of strength and earnest care for me and my family, so thank you for everything your team does!

May 04, 2025 · Nathan RansleyI just opened the cremation package with the family and I just wanted to say a big “Thank You”! We were so surprised with all the details and absolutely beautiful presentation. The paw prints, nose print, clip of fur and when we got to the box and it had her name engraved on it was a beautiful surprise. It was an amazing job and we all felt it to the top of our hearts. We all shed tears when we read the cremation certificate and the date she was cremated would have also been her 17th birthday. ❤️ Thank you for making us feel our special girl was as special to you as she was to us. She is forever in our hearts and home. Thank you. Sincerely, The Leben Family
Apr 05, 2025 · AKLtigerThey are the best vets. They take really good care of both my dogs. Everybody that works there is really nice. I won't take my dogs to any vet but them.
May 10, 2025 · Donna MurrayOur family would not have been blessed with 12 years with our sweet boy if it weren’t for Twin Lakes Veterinary Hospital. I cannot thank them enough for the care they gave my fur baby - the kindness, compassion and attention to our family and his needs. We are forever grateful. Highly recommend them
Nov 16, 2024 · Morgan W (Morgan W.)Great service and caring people. I have the fortune to be with Twin Lakes for a few years now, they have always been very careful and friendly with my dogs. They take the time to answer my questions and concerns and they do really care about my furry kids. Their newly remodeled clinic is clean and more spacious than the old one … All in all, I highly recommend Twin Lakes Veterinarian for your pets care.
