This was my first time with them and I highly recommend Trusted Paws. They are very professional, knowledgeable, caring and empathetic towards our pet care. My baby boy kitty Niño who got everything done and he did very well under their care. Their prices are very affordable. I will be taking my other 3 pets to them. Highest possible rating for caring, competence and follow-through (post-care communication). I have been in Mesa for ten years and Trusted Paws is by far the best clinic I have dealt with. So if you have been looking, look no further. I brought two cats, one elderly female and one youngster who needed spaying. On both occasions, all staff was caring and competent and both care and cost were explained lucidly. The spaying was a great success as the cat is basically feral and I could not keep her indoors try as I might, but after she got home she almost immediately got into the rough and tumble with her sister, but the suture held and she is fine two weeks later. Once again, I feel lucky to find a veterinary, at long last, that doesn't treat you like a mark -- turn you upside down and shake every nickel out of you. I am in my seventies and this is the only the second vet experience in twenty years in AZ or Nevada that reminds me of the care animals (and their custodians) used to get in those Olden Tymes.

I have two Himalayan cats. My kitten, Diego needed to be neutered. I had used this place under different ownership 10 years ago for my older Himmie, Isma. The staff was kind and informative when I called to make the appointment. When we brought Diego in they were also friendly and polite. Very kind to him. Now Diego is super laid back and we were nervous he would come back traumatized. However the staff and vet explained what they would be doing and suggested extra oxygen options since the breed has a hard time when they are awake let alone under anesthesia. During the procedure they contacted me to let me know he would need extra surgery as he hadn’t developed completely. They had also found ear mites and suggested treatment options and when I told them about Isma they told me I could bring her in when we picked Diego to check and give her the treatment as well. When we arrived Diego was a little out of it but doing great. We were given extra pain meds (which was not offered for Isma nor was the oxygen options). We were told he would need to wear a cone in case he wanted to itch or mess with his incisions. Anyway, Isma was treated and they even checked some other concerns. Both cats came home happy and well. Diego was still coming off the meds and just snuggled until he came out of it. We kept him close and he never complained of pain, messed with his incisions and was normal by the second day. I know this is due to personality, but I also think that the care he received was top notch. I know they loved and cared for him as we would and he is doing well from his surgery and both my cats have stopped messing with their ears. We highly recommend Trusted Paws Clinic. Great prices, great service with several call backs and care for any questions that arose. Very impressed and will definitely come back for any other pet related issues.

My dog had a dental surgery done. The procedure went smoothly and he recovered without any issues. The team took great care of him and the aftercare instructions were clear and informative. He was fully recovered within only a week!
