I’ve been bringing my now 11 year old Havanese to Troy Veterinary all his life. I’ve seen Dr. Ingalls and Dr. John. So sorry and disappointed to read that Dr. John will in May be leaving the Troy Hospital. My dog has Congestive Heart Failure. Dr. John has seen Bailey on several visits with helping with his illness. Also, Dr. Ingalls has had visits with Bailey. Both genuinely concern over the care of my pet. Best to you Dr. John in your future endeavors.

I have two reactive and nervous dogs and everyone at the Troy Vet. is wonderful with them. The reception staff is always friendly and has gotten me in for sick appointments asap, which is awesome. The assistants are great, so calm and careful with the dogs and you can tell they love their job and the pets they take care of. Dr. Jon is AMAZING! One of my dogs growled at him and he just sat on the floor until she was comfortable and not stressed. It made all of the difference in the world, she was kissing him on her way out. He is so good with animals and their people. I have been going here with different pets for over 25 years, love them!

I highly recommend bringing your pet to Troy Vet. Dr. John and the amazing team care about your pets. My dog has had surgery and many other appointments here and we are always made to feel prioritized no matter how big or small the issue. The scheduling is also great, I've never had to wait long periods of time to get in or while I'm there. Front desk staff also A+, very personable and nice. Flexible and realistic communication and pricing. I trust Dr. John's opinion and will continue to recommend Troy Vet to my friends and family.
