I don’t know what I’d do without Dr. Barotz. My dog, Cookie has had several health issues including seizures and ITP and having Dr. Barotz as part of our medical team has been priceless! I know that the homeopathic treatments have extended my dog’s quality of life and she is thriving because of it! I can honestly say that Dr. Barotz probably saved Cookie’s life when she was the only one that noticed the signs of ITP and advised me to get Cookie immediate medical attention which turned into several blood transfusions. Thankfully she made a full recovery! I would not hesitate to highly recommend Tranquil Paws!

Feb 28, 2025 · Lori LaMattinaDr. Barotz is wonderful and my dog, who hates vets, absolutely adores her. She did an amazing job helping me find a way to manage my dog’s arthritis pain. Now she is helping me manage my dog’s cancer and i know that without her help and eastern medicines i would have lost LuLu back in 2022 as Western medicine did not work (surgery, radiation, there really isn’t a great chemo for her cancer). She’s absolutely wonderful and i would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat.
Dec 08, 2023 · stefanie gammillGuess she's better with dogs...my Cat, who loves everyone, was not a fan. She was also 3x more expensive than the wonderful Acupuncturist vet we wound up working with beautifully. Quite frankly -- I am surprised to see such favorable reviews. I couldn't wait to be rid of her.
Nov 26, 2024 · Jeanene GarroMy Rosco has a spinal injury and it’s difficult to bring him to vet on a weekly basis. What a wonderful service to have acupuncture and laser therapy done at home. Dr Barotz was very helpful with his pain management.
May 29, 2019 · Melanie J.I have a 12.5 boxer dog, Maximus, with degenerative myelopathy, a neurological disease that causes paralysis. At the time that I first met Dr Barotz, I was overwhelmed with multiple vets, neurologists, physical therapists. My brain was cluttered with advice. Dr Barotz took the time to understand every facet of Maximus to look at him holistically, the way that I have to. The initial consultation was like no other; it felt like a therapy session. She helped me to plan everything cohesively with an integrated approach. Since then, she has treated Maximus weekly with electro acupuncture and laser therapy and recommended targeted Chinese herbs . Even her weekly acupuncture is more comprehensive than others who have treated Maximus. I have a sense of control and security knowing that Maximus is under her care. One in a million vet who I know has directly effected the quality of life for my dog ❤️
