I just want to say a BIG thank you to the woman who was working the front desk on the evening of Thursday, 11/21. I came in with my dog Zorro stiffening in my arms and foaming at the mouth from toad poisoning. She immediately took him from my arms and to the back so he could be stabilized. They SAVED my dog’s life. I could never repay the kindness from all the staff. Thank you so much for saving Zorro. 3 hours later, I was able to take him home as if nothing ever happened. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Nov 23, 2024 · Arielle ThomasI came in on 12/21 at 8pm with my doggie who was vomiting, shaking, and walking weirdly. The staff at this hospital were great at calming me and my family down. We had never experienced this before and were extremely worried for my puppy. My nurse, Anna Maria, was very patient with us and was able to help treat my dog. I left my dog overnight at a reasonable price and she is in a way better shape now! Thank you!!

The staff was incredibly kind and quick to act, making sure our little one was comfortable from the moment we walked in. The doctor was thorough in explaining the situation and gave us clear options for treatment. Their professionalism and compassion made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and we left feeling confident that our pup was in the best hands.

Jul 29, 2024 · Giuliana M.Excellent and friendly emergency service! Dr. Amaury Robaul was very loving and explained us what the issue with our dog was and the treatment as well. He was very positive and confident which is very important for a pet parent like myself in situations like this. He even asked me to send him photos of him and feedback on his home recovery. He said it was important for him to know about his patients after they leave the hospital and his care. Be aware that the emergency services are daily until 11 pm.
