Took our cat to this vet for the first time today. Dr. N. Schott was amazing. She is very thorough, very informative and explained everything to us. The staff was also amazing. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Very clean and orderly as well. This is now our new vet! Thank you for taking excellent care of our Emmi. Would highly recommend!!!

Very compassionate group at this animal hospital! We had to say goodbye to our senior dog Bear today and the staff could not have been more wonderful. The whole experience there was exceptional. It was an emotionally painful day and they let us grieve however we had to. They worked around us while our boy had to be administered the medications rather than making us move for them. The staff was really the best! Thank you for making such a painful time a bit easier for us. It really means the world to us!

TOP OF THE LINE SERVICE & STAFF! This animal hospital does all the little things to prove they love animals and understand the difficulty of losing a family member regardless of species, I wish I lived in the area because I would certainly go to this facility. (Last Saturday a very close family friend had to say goodbye to her 17-year-old puppy, being recently widowed and extremely close with "Tazzy", made this especially heart-wrenching and I had the opportunity to transport them to the animal hospital.) The staff directed her to call when she was close so they could meet her at the car, right at the door not in the parking lot, helped my friend out of the car and immediately escorted her back to a private room. Afterwards she told me they were completely understanding and somehow made the process of putting her family member down more tolerable, gave her a packet to help her deal with what comes next as well as some wonderful keepsakes, and followed up with a sympathy card In the mail just reminding my friend she's not alone. AMAZING PEOPLE

People are amazing, friendly and great with our cat. We've also used their boarding facility which was a great experience for us. Daily updates with pics helped to assure us she was in good spirits.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience at this VCA location! After a disappointing visit to the Lakewood VCA, I was hesitant to try another, but I’m so glad I did. Dr. Gianna Tempera was absolutely amazing—super straightforward, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It never felt like they were pushing unnecessary treatments; they truly just wanted what was best for my pet. The whole experience was stress-free, and I left feeling confident that my dog will be in great hands here. If you’re looking for a vet that actually cares, I highly recommend this location. I’ll definitely be bringing my dog&cat here from now on!
