Timberline Vet Emergency & Specialty

Brought our dog in for ER visit. They were efficient and communicated well. They let us know wait time, cost estimate and good instructions of what to do at home for our dog. The doctor was straight to the point and we appreciated his honesty and conservative treatment plan. The techs were so sweet to our baby girl. It was a good experience if one had to go to the ER for their pet.

I can't recommend Timberline highly enough! Our cat had acute pancreatitis and stayed 3 days. The staff was friendly, efficient, communicative, and supportive. They did great handling a spicy kitty and even made friends with him by the end of his stay! They made the financial commitment clear with daily updates and quickly provided the bill and chart notes so I could submit them to my pet insurance company. I asked a lot of questions and they answered all of them and never made me feel rushed. Discharge instructions were clear regarding medication and follow up. Other animal ERs I've been to didn't allow owners to visit their pet once back in the hospital. Timberline allows this which is awesome. We live in West Seattle where finding emergency pet care can be challenging. Timberline was completely worth the drive across downtime with a stressed out cat.

Can I just say how amazing Timberline's staff were? I am the proud new parent of a British Shorthair and Scottish fold kittens. At this point, we've seen multiple vets. The first with deceptive/profiteering motives & the second, just knowledgeable & empathetic enough that it passes for acceptable care. The general mindset and focus seems to be on efficiency, bordering on rushing in and out for appointment. I had really hoped for the high prices across Seattle to find a team that was kind, patient, loving to my kitties. Earl, our little Scottish Fold, had just gotten spayed. She had not gone to the litter in several days. I panicked, called my vet who was too busy & offered referrals to several Urgent Care locations. When reaching out to them, several also said they were too busy to accommodate as it was a 3-5 hour wait. This was disappointing, but one staff member highly recommended Timber Line. When I called Timberline, they were more then welcoming & quoted a 1-2 hour wait. When I walked in, I was amazed by: - Easy parking. -Clean & cozy lobby. -Immediate warm & friendly greeting from the staff to the pet & owners. -Smooth transition into paperwork, but not the immediate focus. They wanted to say hi to Earl because she's a such a lovable cutie! We waited only 30-minutes & a technician was right out to speak to my about my concerns for Earl. Addie was so kind and patient that I ended up telling her way more about my past experiences then I should have. She patiently listened & it felt like they truly cared. My pets and I weren't just another customer but a friend. They promised me that Earl would be in wonderful hands. The lovely surprise is that she truly was. The technicians loved Earl and confirmed she was in great health, but was simply being a very spoiled princess. I nearly cried from how wonderful Addie & her team were. I'm glad that multiple referrals led me to Timberline because they were truly the best option in the end. Working in Property Management with many pet owners, I have & will recommend them to all my co-workers and residents.

I had to bring my cat Quaso to Timberline emergency because of urinary tract blockage. I couldn’t be more grateful for the care we received. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The veterinarian was not only professional but also showed genuine compassion for my cat, putting both of us at ease during what could have been a stressful experience. To top it all off, the staff members even took the time to draw a cute picture of my cat, which was such a sweet touch. I don’t want to see them again, but would highly recommend this place to anyone needing help with their pet.

Friendly and smooth service. Had to stop in for our dog while home for the holidays. Paw was inflamed from stepping on something. Wait was a little over an hour. Front staff was great at keeping us updated. $220 exam fee, but Dr. Burnett was thorough with options for treatment and wasn’t an upseller. Bodhi recommends. Thanks team!
