I took my dog here after paying who knows what amount to pet**art. I haven’t experienced a care for attention or level of honesty before than when I interacted with everyone at this office. They helped me in my time of need when I unfortunately had to put my sweet girl down. The entire process and experience was handled with so much care, I will continue to come back with my next, knowing how wonderful the staff is. Thank you to everyone at this clinic ❤️

After five months and four different vets who couldn't diagnose what was wrong with our beloved furry boy, we finally met Dr. Christine Heaver in Arlington Heights. Dr. Heaver turned everything upside down to help our dog. She was persistent, thorough, and determined. Her willingness to help us and our dog went above and beyond any expectations and surpassed anything we had ever experienced. To give you an example of her exceptional dedication: Dr. Heaver communicated with us daily, for over a month—texting three to four times a day, at any time of day or night. She meticulously monitored our dog's blood sugar levels and provided clear directions and reassurance to ensure our pup was improving. Thanks to her and her team's unwavering support, our fur boy is now doing really well. If you're looking for a vet, look no further. There is no vet who compares to Dr. Heaver. Thank you so, so, so much for everything you did for our dog and for us! You are the best.

Where do I start?! Dr. Heaver and the rest of the staff were Amazing! I took my poodle Mocha in when she got super sick and we didn’t know what was wrong. I really thought that we were going to lose her or we were going to have to put her down. The entire time dr. Heaver and staff kept us calm and told us not to think about that. I never once felt judged for not being able to hospitalize mocha due to financial reasons. They helped me so much and did what they could within my financial means. Long story short Mocha went in severely dehydrated, skinny, lethargic, throwing up, not wanting to eat and Dr Heaver didn’t give up on my baby girl. She was optimistic threw out the whole process even tho this was a challenging case. I know that my girl was in good hands the entire time. They gave both me and my family hope that my girl would make it out of this. She did after a few treatments and antibiotics Mocha was eating again, had more energy, was playing with our kids, just overall better! My baby girl is now better and back to her normal goofy self and I couldn’t express how greatful to have had the best vet techs and such a wonderful vet that truly cared and didn’t give up , even when we were starting to. So thank you 😊 💜 me and my family are forever greatful to still have our Mocha Latte ♥️

The vet at the Arlington Heights, IL location is very good. She really cares. She spent a good deal of time explaining things to us and even did a follow up phone call a few days later.

Worst care my pet had ever received. He went in dribbling urine, I hear him crying in the back, they gave him a straight catheter and then his bladder was torn and he had urine in his abdomen. If this is not routine care I would NEVER take my pet here or they will end up killing them like they did mine. Taking him here was the literal worst decision I have ever made. Go to the VCA in Aurora.
