MOST TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE. will NEVER return here. The level of disrespect we received while having to put our elderly dog down was astonishing. Door wide open for the entire waiting room to experience our loss with us while the other workers were in and out discussing other pets with the vet. If you are looking for empathy this is NOT the place to go as you will not receive it.

The available feedback from pet owners presents a mixed view of their experiences at Third Street Veterinary Clinic. One customer recounted a deeply negative experience during the difficult time of having to euthanize their elderly dog. Their review highlighted a perceived lack of empathy and privacy, mentioning that the door was open to the waiting room during this sensitive moment, and staff members were reportedly discussing other pets nearby. This customer stated they would never return due to this traumatic experience.

In contrast, another customer offered a highly positive review, describing Dr. Walton and her staff as "Top Rate." This reviewer expressed trust in the establishment, stating that Third Street Veterinary Clinic has consistently provided excellent care and has never let them down. They specifically thanked the "Ladies" at the clinic.

Based on this limited information, it's challenging to definitively describe the typical environment of Third Street Veterinary Clinic. The negative review suggests a potentially less private setting during emotionally sensitive procedures, while the positive review implies a trustworthy and competent team. Prospective clients may want to inquire about the clinic's facilities and procedures to ensure they align with their expectations for comfort and privacy, especially concerning end-of-life care.

Regarding services, the reviews directly mention the provision of euthanasia services and general pet care. The positive feedback about Dr. Walton and her staff suggests a range of veterinary expertise. While a comprehensive list of services isn't provided in the text, a typical pet hospital usually offers a variety of medical, surgical, and preventative care, which may include:

  • Routine check-ups and vaccinations
  • Dental care
  • Surgical procedures
  • Treatment for illnesses and injuries
  • Diagnostic services
  • Preventative medicine
  • Euthanasia and palliative care
  • Potentially other specialized services.

To obtain a complete understanding of all the services offered at Third Street Veterinary Clinic, contacting them directly would be advisable.

In terms of features, Dr. Walton and her staff are mentioned specifically in a positive light, indicating that the expertise and professionalism of the veterinary team are considered a strength by at least one customer. However, the contrasting negative review points to a potential lack of empathy or adequate privacy in certain situations. This suggests that while some aspects of their service are highly regarded, there might be inconsistencies in the overall experience depending on the circumstances.

The provided information does not include any specific promotional details. Local users interested in learning about any current promotions or specials at Third Street Veterinary Clinic should contact them directly.

In summary, Third Street Veterinary Clinic in Siler City, NC, operating within the Pet Hospital category, has received contrasting feedback from pet owners. While one customer praised Dr. Walton and her staff as "Top Rate" and expressed consistent trust in their care, another reported a deeply traumatic experience related to a lack of empathy and privacy during the euthanasia of their pet. This mixed feedback suggests that while the clinic may offer competent veterinary services, potential clients might want to seek further information about their approach to sensitive procedures and the overall environment. Dr. Walton and her staff are Top Rate! It's hard to find an establishment to Trust with your pet but at 3rd Street, they have never let me down. Thank you Ladies!

The ONLY reason I’m giving two stars is because Dr. Walton, herself is great and the prices are decent. But the older receptionist is completely out of line. I can only imagine she has a personal relation to the doctor because there is no reason she should still have a job there. She’s always been rude but today was my final straw with her. She refused to let us inside because I had my child (one person per pet) who I do not have childcare for while my dog has an open wound. But it’s more about the way she went about it. Completely rude from the jump, literally just cracked the door to even speak, rolling her eyes and the WORST attitude. She has absolutely unacceptable behavior and it’s gross. And by judging other reviews, it’s clearly a constant issue.

Took my girl Sasha here for first and allergy. The doctor seen her for about a year and nothing was helping her. She then assigned my dog to a very expensive medication $100 a month just for a 30-day supply. I thought it was time to go ahead and let my dog go, went to the animal shelter after scheduling an appointment for her to be euthanized. Turned out Dr Walton and her assistant's falsified information on her medical chart
