The Village Vets Avondale Estates

The doctors at village vet in Avondale Estates are so wonderful and caring. My nervous schnauzer always needs some soothing when he comes to see them and they are always willing to make him feel comfortable. Their care and professionalism is top notch. Thank you

Beautiful staff and clean facility! Everyone is friendly and straightforward whilst taking the utmost care to be gentle with my pet cat "FatCatSpit". I greatly appreciate my experience at Village Vets in Avondale and I know Spit did as well because he ended up begging for cuddles before he left! Amazing energy and efficient work! Dr.Tyler is so kind and intelligent and really made me comfortable with the way she treated my boy! I was walked through all the information and felt confident in their abilities.

Took my new puppy here for her first visit expecting a delightful experience. Unfortunately, the vet tech and MD on staff were not very welcoming. I had several questions but they seemed bothered to answer. When I declined services, the responses were very passive aggressive. The only nice person that provided great customer service was the receptionist. In addition, there was a lack of explanation of key information (i.e. side effects). The environment felt more like product selling vs compassion. If you are seeking a comfortable and welcoming environment try other Veterinary establishments in the area.

Sweet, kind, gentle staff who took good care of my older dog and they helped him make the transition. I am most grateful for their professionalism and good advise during some rather emotional visits.
