took baby pug for a injured leg and the doctor didn't even touch the puppy. Seriously just with the tip of his finger and then pulled back saying "the dog doesn't want me to touch him but he needs xrays" the puppy barely moved. we extended the puppies leg and told him the area he touched wasnt the area that hurts the puppy. only good note was the assistant was nice to recommend another location.

The first two times I came for my pups exams and vaccines it all went well. I came here last Thursday and I got charged way too much. I spent over an hour waiting because they only had one doctor. It only took him less than ten minutes to finish doing what I went in for. He did an exam on my pup, I didn’t know they had to do that before doing a vaccine. Money was clearly an issue for me. A few days prior to coming in for the appointment I asked how much I’d be charged and I didn’t think it would be over $300 walking out. They told me $210 but I know it was gonna be a little over that since one of my pups needed a vaccine that he was due for. I will not be returning here. I am really frustrated with the time I spent there and getting no discount from it. They need more doctors! We can’t run on your time! I wouldn’t recommend going in unless you wanna spend 30+ minutes waiting to be called in. And don’t spend your money here! They’ll charge you a $40 fee that isn’t even included in your invoice!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! If I could give this vet zero stars I would. They are a big part to blame as to why my dog is dying of Mast cell cancer. His first tumor appeared over a year ago and they said it was a normal old dog growth instead of investigating further. A month ago I took him in again because of he had more growths all over his body. The vet came into the room and spent less than 5 minutes just to tell me that it was probably normal and just old dog growths. When I asked if they could do a biopsy, he annoyingly said yes, advised me against it and then gave me a ridiculously expensive quote. I decided to take my dog to another vet who immediately told me that those growths were NOT normal and looked like cancer. During that visit she did a fine needle aspiration and found that it was cancer. At this point my dog is too far gone for treatment and is now on palliative care. Maybe his cancer wouldn’t have been avoided but it could have been treated if the vet at this animal hospital would have taken more than 5 minutes to look over my dog. This vet is careless, rude, and money hungry. If you love your pet please take them elsewhere!

Been looking for a new vet and this is just what we needed. They were timely in scheduling my appt, the staff from the front desk to the techs were very nice. They were kind to my pets and didn't push a bunch of nonsense. We'll be coming back.

This is the Best place for all your pet's needs. My cat received a very complete exam and treatment. Now she is a very happy and healthy cat. Doctor Sebunya and staff are very professional and they listen to all my concerns. Highly recommend!
