Feb 26, 2025 · Kienan ChristiansonI am very grateful to Dr Yamada and the team at TVH for wonderful care in saving my dog. With her referral and reasonably priced care, it made a difficult emergency situation a lot easier. The entire staff is friendly and helpful and took amazing care of our good boy.
Feb 20, 2025 · Dan FaganI cannot recommend this hospital if you need to euthanize your pet. Our experience was awful. The doctor gave our cat a shot of sedative right into her stomach. My cat cried out and tried to bite the vet. Then she seized, threw up and went limp. The vet then fumbled around trying to find a vein without shaving the leg, but just squirting alcohol on the leg. The vet tried the back leg and then the front. They gave up and administered the drug straight into the heart. This was not humane by any standard. We were traumatized by the suffering of our cat. The rest of the staff was compassionate and competent. When we talked to the owner, she said this was standard procedure and said she would talk to the vet. My husband and I have witnessed euthanasia before. Our cats were purring right up until they died. This was just wrong.
Dec 10, 2024 · Francie WhiteVery lovely staff, especially out technician Lukas who was so calm with our normally very skittish Chihuahua. We took her in for needed dental, the staff got us in quicker than expected and everyone was very honest with our billing. The doctor was informative and very gentle with our 14 year old pup. We were surprised how well our dog did since she is very wary of new places and people, but seeing the very caring staff it makes sense. We also were allowed all of the teeth that were pulled, which is a nice bonus. She is home and on the mend and will be waiting for her doggy tooth fairy to deliver her new beds, toys, and brand new life with a pain-free mouth.
Jul 16, 2024 · Diana CasasI am very pleased with how friendly and professional everyone was at the Veterinary Hospital. I am not a regular client because I no longer have any pets. I called them because I am taking care of my granddaughter’s pet while she and the family are out of the country. I just needed a nail trim for the guinea pig. They explained that normally one would go to an exotic pet veterinarian. They still helped me and were very kind.
