Everytime doctor Wilson comes into my room I know it’s going to be a good visit. He always makes sure to stick around until all my questions are answered and all my anxieties are lifted. Olive my bearded dragon never shows any signs of distress when being returned to me. That’s how I know they listen to what I tell them about her individual personality. I wouldn’t trust any other vet clinic with my sweet olive. Update: Olive recently had surgery with dr Wilson and my respect is even higher for him. Thank you for being so personable and diligent. I also received a drawing of Olive done by one of the volunteers! So fun!

Dr William was highly recommended as the only avian vet option. He has a wonderful vet tech, Liz, who took her time to answer ALL of our questions. Very knowledgeable, and a pet owner herself. She prepped us well for the visit. The clinic is clean, and welcoming. Looking forward to long term bird care for Noot, our cockatiel.

I came to this place for veterinary care for my pet rabbits for 3 years with no problem up until a few months ago. The original issue was that one of my rabbits started losing weight despite us doing everything right to keep them fed. So, of course, we brought them here to figure out why. We got some bloodwork done and there was a problem found, that liver enzymes were leaking into their blood. We were given medication to help settle those values to help her gain weight and were told to follow up in a couple weeks or so. When it was time to follow up, I dropped her off in the morning while they got a second round of bloodwork done. In the vet’s words, he thought it was “easier” draw blood this time around, which seemed odd. But the new issue was that now, my rabbit couldn’t walk properly. And it hurt them to walk. We go back to them the next day to figure out what happened, and they do a free X-ray to find nothing. We ask if they had surveillance footage while they were drawing blood from them, they said no. Since they’re basically unhelpful at this point, they refer us to UGA. At UGA, we ended up having to spend thousands of dollars to figure out she had a lumbar back injury on CT scans, medications, and hospital stays. But, thanks to UGA, my rabbit isn’t in much pain anymore, and has gained some mobility back, but still can’t walk properly due to the occurrences at this place. This place is a disgrace to me to say that the injury my rabbit had on their property seemed random, suggest we think about putting them down, and then try to email me months later about it being time to do another checkup on the other rabbit we have… as if I’d ever sniff in this business’s direction again. For anyone else willing to bring their pets here, proceed with caution. Because this place seems more nervous about being sued with a vet talking a million miles a minute yet half answering questions why your pet ended up worse off than they were when they came.

After my old vet retired I was in need of a new one, TVC West was suggested by a friend. Oguni was amazing with Blockhead making sure we didn't run out of his medication. Dr. Wilson I can't thank him enough for the kindness, guidance and sympathy that he showed me and Ophelia. Thank you to everyone in this office keep up the amazing work you do. I'm glad we have found an amazing team for me and my ferrets to come see.

BY FAR THE BEST VET!!! Reasonable prices! Great for exotic animals! My bunny developed an abscess on he's face a few weeks ago. I decided to take him to TVC for an exam and to evaluate surgical options. The doctor is like an encyclopedia lol. He is extremely knowledgeable and can answer any and every question you may have. Very professional and attentive! Also, moved up the surgery date with out me even asking. I'm very happy with the results and grateful for their help. He looks great and he's back to acting like himself again. Wonderful customer service! I'm forever thankful!
