This is the best veterinary clinic ever. The doctors and staff are super compassionate and knowledgeable. Dr. Brandenburg always provides information and options to help me make the necessary decisions. She replies to my phone calls and emails. (I have had a dog with many health issues.) She performs surgeries and many lab tests in-house. I totally trust her abilities and I also appreciate that she is easy to talk with. Dr. Kicera, whom I have seen less often, gives me an equally good impression of kindness and competence. Office hours are generous, appointments are not too hard to schedule, and the staff works hard to fit in patients that have an urgent need. Both you and your pet will be happy to visit this clinic.

I admire everyone at this office,the vet is great.!! What a clean, efficient place. I've seen the biggest kindest hearts here. I'd never take my loved pet anywhere else,ever. Dr. Brandenburg and her staff are always excellent, and go above and beyond for my pets. Dr. Brandenburg did surgery on my dogs back leg after he was hit by a car (when she was based out of Keystone Heights), and he is better than ever! She also closely monitored his diabetes, which isn’t always easy. The same day appointments the clinic offers is a lifesaver, and we are usually in and out. Everyone is so kind, personable, and caring. We wouldn’t take our pets anywhere else!

We were referred here by a family member when getting set up in a new town and the veterinarian and her team were amazing and so helpful. They welcomed our pup with open arms and it is clear they take the time to get to know their clients.

Just wanted to give a quick shout to our vet, Dr. Brandenburg. We’ve been taking our dog, Apollo, and cat, Milo, here for years. The new owner, Dr. Brandenburg, has been fantastic with both of our pets. She’s extremely knowledgeable and caring! Also, we never felt pressured to tack on additional treatment. I’ve definitely had experiences at other vet clinics with “sticker shock” and that doesn’t happen here. Our Apollo LOVES going to the office as he gets lots of attention!
