My rescue dog, Billy, had severe anxiety and fear. Dr. Feldman and Sarah have completely turned around Billy's life. He is a completely different dog that has joy in his life and has very little fear or anxiety anymore. I recommend them completely.

Zayra is very nice. The overall communication is rough. Their phones are “being updated”, and really the only way to get ahold of them is via email. No answering of phones, no return calls, no reply to their online chat forum that they text you through… The staff is overall very nice, but you can tell money is the driving factor. There is a package that is just over $3k and it gives you access to appointments, training, med review, etc… but to me it just wasn’t worth it. We paid the almost $700 to have the initial consult, and walked out not knowing anything more about our dog, but had long discussions about euthanasia vs rehoming vs training. There was no physical assessment completed in the 1.5 hour appointment, just a script for medication and a follow up appt. The follow up appt was over $200 and felt like a traditional dog training appointment, which is a “give them treats to reinforce good behavior”. This is not something that has worked with our dog. We ended up finding a board and train that was able to wean him off of all of his meds, and he behaves now soooo much better than before! They also taught us the difference between drive and anxiety, which helped us figure out what our dog needed to get better. This may be the place for some people/animals, but not what I was hoping for when we were referred here.
