The Pet Dental Clinic

Took my dog (teddy) to Pet Dental Clinic due to bad breath and some teeth issues. I called and they made me an appointment the next day. I came in, was met by a young lady at reception (Julia) and she was just the best, great personality and explained the whole process. I then met the doctor (Dr. Malott) who was amazing as well. Teddy was in great hands. A few hrs later Julia called me, said Teddy was ready, I came to pick him up, Dr Malott explained everything that was done. My buddy was bad breath free and minus some teeth. They took amazing care of my buddy, and they even texted me (Dr. Malott) that same night to see how Teddy was doing . Then, the following day that evening, Julia called to do the same. They are top-notch, and they were amazing to deal with and are awesome people. I def would recommend them to anyone needing pet care. Was money well spent.

I took my baby Winnie there today for a routine dental cleaning. They did x rays and cleaned her teeth and let me know she needed some extractions. They kept me updated in every step of the way which not every clinic does. The vet sat on the ground with my pup and made her feel so comfortable for her exam. The receptionist and the nurses were amazing and I secretly think Winnie wants to go back just to see them! I would take my dog here a thousand times if I had to.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. After having a rough time and recovery with her last cleaning (in another city) I’ve been terrified to put my 11 year old girl under anesthesia again. We went a few months past her one year mark and after a serious issue arose in her mouth a couple of weekends ago it was time to face that fear. They were able to get us in quickly, and take care of the issue same day. Her recovery has been a dream! She’s back to hard food after several extractions and a deep clean. Communication prior to, during and after her procedure was phenomenal. Every staff member was incredibly caring and sweet towards her AND towards me - a helicopter dog mom. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for pet dental care that leaves your pet healthier and happier! Can’t thank them enough for the level of care.

We have had our pups dentistry performed twice with Dr. Heuchert. He and his staff, are VERY knowledgeable and professional AND caring. We got excellent information and GREAT dental care for our pup. We highly recommend Dr. Heuchert and his staff and will be ongoing repeat patients. They truly care about your pets dental health!

We had such a great experience at Pet Dental! Dr. Heuchert and the entire staff were so wonderful, thoughtful and caring. They took great care of our eldest dog that needed a tooth removed. They texted me several updates throughout the procedure and always kept me in the loop! Our Lucy was in and out in a matter of hours and was happy when I picked her up! Even days later she does not seem to be in pain. I was so impressed with the thorough report at pickup and how well they took care of her. Highly recommend!
