I scheduled a new patient exam for my pup. Their office has a similar name to another group, located 20 minutes apart. I accidentally went to the other location. I finally arrived for my appointment 15 minutes late. They would not see us. As a doctor myself, I try to have compassion and understanding in situations such as this. Firm in principle, flexible in nature. It is unfortunate, but they would rather keep my $50 deposit then keep us as patients. Please be careful with any practice that puts money over care and common sense.

I had my 3 lb Yorkie at the Paw Patch....2 days in a row due to extenuating circumstances (unable to get blood from my girl) and she was so very sick when I got up the second day....and I needed to desperately get her back up to the Paw Patch but I am disabled and was unable to get in my truck.....so the SWEETEST VET IN TOWN.....DR. RUTH.....CAME ALL THE WAY TO THE SOUTHWEST SIDE AND TOOK US BACK UP THERE....THEY DID THE NECESSARY TESTS AND THEN DR. RUTH BROUGHT US BACK HOME....I OWE HER BIG BECAUSE IM SURE MY BABY WOULDN'T HAVE MADE IT IF WE HAD NOT WENT BACK THAT VERY DAY....I HAVE MY RUBY SUE BACK TODAY AND SHE IS DOING SO MUCH BETTER ALL THANKS TO DR. RUTH AND HER TEAM OF HELPERS!!! THERE ARE STILL GOOD PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD!!! THANK YOU AGAIN! RUBY SUE AND I ARE FOREVER GRATEFUL!!!💖💖💖🥰🥰🥰

After countless hours of research trying to find a vet for my dog, I came to the Paw Patch for his dental cleaning. From beginning to end they handled me and my dog with such amazing care! From letters welcoming us and certifications for being a “brave boy”. We felt so welcomed and comfortable here. Milo is a little (ALOT) anxious and everyone here took their time with him so that he could feel at ease with them. Putting a dog under for surgery is always scary but with the constant reassurance and updates from The Patch Patch it made it a breeze! I would highly recommend the paw patch for anyone!

Dr. T and Dr Finnegan treat our pups as if they were their own. The staff is compassionate and empathetic; I’ll never forget the beautiful way they helped me send my Fred to the Rainbow Bridge. The vet techs are so knowledgeable and offer helpful tips I’d never even thought to ask about. Reception is always friendly and efficient. We recently got our first puppy and the entire staff has been on board to make this a successful transition for us. The Paw Patch feels like family!

The doctor took the time to let our large, but gentle dog become acclimated to her. She was insightful and clearly explained her findings, as she examined Prince. The vets and staff continue to make visits to The Paw Patch a positive experience for Prince and us caregivers.
