Dr. Loose and her team are saints. They go above and beyond for their patients and provide excellent care. One of our cats is an absolute menace when unfamiliar people handle her but Dr. Loose is still open to working with her despite risk of personal injury (literally). Furthermore, a few weeks ago our other cat was exhibiting very concerning clinical issues and I brought her to Dr. Loose with zero notice and no appointment. Despite being incredibly busy that day doing back-to-back surgeries, Dr. Loose made sure to fit our cat into her schedule and got her the proper care that she needed. She could have turned us away and I would have completely understood (and would have gone to the much more expensive emergency vet), but she didn't. I am endlessly grateful for her and her team and feel so lucky that we happen to live close enough to be able to take our cats to The Neighborhood Vet when needed.
