I was very pleased with the service they offered. It's easy to find and make appointments online. Lots of information is available online, and when you drop your pet off, they give you printed information as well. You don't have to go inside at all. People get you checked in at the car and also take your pet and bring your pet back. They also send a link after your pet's bill is finalized so that you can pay before you get there. The process is designed to make these easier and more efficient, and I absolutely think they achieved that. My son's cat had a great experience and is doing wonderfully. The people I dealt with were nice. I have no doubt that I will use their services again and have already recommended them.

This efficient system allows us to serve a greater number of animals, making our services more accessible to the community.

The primary services offered at our Pet Hospital are, as our name suggests, spay and neuter surgeries and vaccinations. Spaying and neutering are essential surgical procedures that not only prevent unwanted litters but also offer significant health and behavioral benefits for pets. We are committed to ensuring that these procedures are performed professionally and that your pet receives excellent post-operative care.

Vaccinations are another core service provided at The Humane Society-Spay/Neuter/Vaccine Clinic. Vaccinating your pet is crucial for protecting them from a range of preventable and potentially life-threatening diseases. While the specific types of vaccines offered are not detailed in the reviews, a typical spay/neuter and vaccine clinic provides essential core vaccinations for dogs and cats, such as rabies, distemper, parvovirus, adenovirus, parainfluenza for dogs, and rabies, feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia for cats. Our goal is to make these vital preventative treatments affordable and accessible to all pet owners, contributing to a healthier pet population.

A significant feature of our Pet Hospital is the emphasis on convenience and ease of use. The online appointment system and the availability of comprehensive information online are designed to make accessing our services straightforward. The employees are always so helpful and caring. I have had my two kitties fixed by the caring staff. They have been top rate in pet care. I was picking up my Mom's cat and once more did not disappoint. Thank you.

Their service was excellent! From the time I call to ask about pricing and scheduling the neutering service. Their prices were the most affordable of the area, they provided guidance on every step of the process through emails and reminders. When I dropped my dog they were very very helpful, asked a lot of questions and put me at ease. They provided everything that was needed for the aftercare and even additional tips! I strongly recommend them!

Very polite receptionist on the phone and they are timely with online email responses! I was unable to get one of my cats fixed due to a cough she had and they let me put the deposit to my other cat and reschedule her for a later date. While I didn’t use a voucher, I really appreciate that they give that option to make spay neuter more accessible .

i waited on the phone for 15 minutes on hold. and then was told very rudely to “let me finish talking ma’am” as i was very nicely asking questions about getting my animals spayed, that i didn’t even get to finish asking as i had just answered and let her talk first then she interrupted me as i tried to talk.
